    There's probably a fair amount of those cracks that were there before the earthquake. One would expect that somewhere, somehow there's a scam in here for the inspections, sad but true methinks...

    But how would the bank know the person is dead? Does the embassy, check all the banks in thailand to see where and if the deceased had accounts?

    Doubt immigration will have access to every airline in the world to confirm bookings...

    They won't check any of the data on the form, it would take 3 weeks to pass thru immigration if that were the case. It's a simple form that you'll be able to fill in with any info, not sure what all the fuss is about tbh.

    It's all about positive mindset, obviously you expect the worst. For those of us that were in and out the country during Covid this is a cake walk.

    So you pick and choose which technology to use. Don't know why you and others are getting bent out of shape, you either fill in the form or don't come to Thailand...

    It takes 10 mins, i'm sure there's many more inconvienient things to do that take longer than that before you travel, searching and booking flight options and hotels comes to mind, as an example.
