    yeah, these mobility scooters are a death trap for sure.

    This shows how little you know about rural thailand. Plastic is segregated and sold, along with cardboard and glass. Hardly anything is wasted coz it's worth money to the locals. What's burnt is what cannot be sold.

    Is it not the highway dept that is not linked to the land and transport that's the reason we can tax without paying outstanding fines? I must have hundreds of unpaid fines, they're getting nowt from me.
