And they are hoping to get 40 million tourists this year? Sure increase the prices, make a two tiered system and tourists will flock to the country. They cant seem to understand the basics.

I always use DHL to send documents out of country. It isnt cheap but you can track its progress and see when it is delivered.

When did the amount change? It has always been 20,000 Baht per person or 40,000 Baht for a family.
