Disgraceful behaviour can never be condoned but when it comes to a two tier charging system for most countries in the world, there are exceptions, Thailand is not one of them. If there is no money for the average Thai and I agree their pay is mostly bad, how do you justify it when they are driving up to sites in BMW's and Mercedes cars? Where I live there are 5 people in the house and 5 cars including a Series 5 BMW. If there is a justification other than a money grab let me know what it is.

Be better to have a well constructed and efficient schooling system. However that would probably mean bringing in qualified teachers until the local teachers are up to international standard. Will not happen.

Highly unlikely they would sell it to Thailand knowing the relationship between Thailand and China. They would probably build an engine for them if they specified what facilities they wanted but they would not install any equipment used by any country they currently build for. Getting authorisation to export material which is of a military nature is horrendous to put it mildly and permission will only be given if the manufacturing government approves the deal and all the equipment to be installed.
