    The world has always gone through cycles of cooling and warming. If as is predicted in many millions of years from now the earth will be swallowed up by the sun doesnt that indicate that albeit very slow, the earth is getting ever so slightly closer to the sun. The sun is hot so you would expect warming of the earth.

    Because if you get a fault, which you shouldnt but you have to work on safety, an earthed box will trip the CB and not go through you.

    I assume you are referring to the certificate they require. The bank can print this at the cost of Baht 100. It has to go back 3 months which is not a problem

    Will you get any documentation to verify that you have the stated coverage? If not a hospital is going to say you have to pay anyway.

    How would an airline, or any repute have "Unskilled Pilots" working for them? If there are any please advise what airlines they are working for so I can avoid them.

    The trouble is if you tell a bank and give details that their bank is being used by a scammer they do nothing. They cant get the police in until money has been lost obviously but the could put a watch on the account and if there is strange activity then put a hold on it. However, I have in the past reported a scammer and even given them the name and account number yet they did nothing.

    You dont normally pay duty on items over 6 months and what I sent was more like 4 years which would have been obvious to anyone

    The information is out in the public domain so what are the authorities now going to do about it? My guess would be nothing just a lot of hot air to make themselves look good. Do what is necessary and words are not required.

    There is an assumption that people want to pay their fines. I very much doubt if this is the case

    When I had shipped back some old clothing, obviously it was old and total value maybe Baht 100 they want me to pay Baht import duty. I said no and told them to burn the items. They was only good for wearing in the garden.
