    Cant the Thai police irrespective if the victim presses charges? In the UK I know the police can not sure about the rest of the world though. He deserves 10 years in jail for assault and battery and causing grievous bodily harm. No reduction if he admits his actions.

    What about tourists that come on holiday? Do they have to use their home country credit card and ripped off with the rate they will receive? How do you buy a car or house with a credit card? These are big expenditures and require a bit more than a credit card allows. Most people with bank accounts here have a Debit card with limitations of daily usage. How is that going to be handled?

    They always think they know best. When we had a house built the guy installing the cabling wanted to put the telephone and electrical cables in the same conduit down the wall. I stopped him and told him seperate channels. His reply "But this is how we do it in Thailand", my reply "maybe you do but you are not doing it here". He did it the way I wanted it but wasnt happy.

    Agreed. For most purposes it is totally unnecessary. Maybe if you are streaming extremely high quality videos or as you say having it as a server.

    Probably not. Would have been ok if the world class Thailand team was in it but not with the amateur teams that are.

    What channel is your Wi-Fi operating on? Could be a very congested channel in which case you need to move to a lighter loaded channel.
