    If you really want to keep the computer, I would however advise buying a new one, you could buy a separate monitor screen and use that.

    Have you tried cleaning all the rubbish off your laptop? Do you have anti virus's install and if so how many. You cant run two in automatic mode or you will get a snail for a computer.

    The information as to who is on overstay, assuming they come into the country by the official way, should be on the immigration computers. They know the date of entry and the visa they entered on, Not hard to determine if someone has left on or before the date of visa expiry. A print out should be available on a day to day basis if necessary.

I have used tham for several years now and never had a problem with them. I cant remember the cost for the license renewal but if you contact them they will advise you.
