  1. ...except those that have 'retired' from working in Pattaya.
  2. Has that happened to you yet? The locals sticking the boot in? No? Don't sweat it, your time's coming.
  3. Too funny, but yes there are. They're always honking loudly about foreigners while balancing on their bar stools like performing seals. I'm a Brit, living in Thailand with a Thai wife and dual-nationality children, who shares deep concerns over the abysmally poor Thai education system as well as the extortionately high bar that the UK Tories places on those families wishing to come home to improve their choices. I mean, we would all be flying in on Singapore Air Business Class and not by some inflatable on a deserted beach in Kent.
  4. Oh, look mummy! The seven time failure to be an MP Mr Flippy-Floppy had finally twigged that Trump's a lost cause and, with the US talk show circuit cancellations beginning to pile up, has come home to have another stab at trying to be politically relevant. Well done that man! ...for trying I mean.
  5. Are you the same Donnie? You know, the perpetually angry-looking, whiny farang in unit #334? Asking for a friend.
  6. Look at what you just typed. Now, do you understand what you just typed?
  7. And the Mayor of London is Sadiq Khan, another common name for a British citizen. Now, what's your point again?
  8. I bet the pushy 'friend' was English and is now in Bangkok already.
  9. Absolutely agree. So? Let them protest. It will be COMPULSORY anyway.
  10. Not quite. They just need to have some lawyer sign something that says there's 2 million involved. All very smoke and mirrors, always has been but may not be as such in the future.
  11. ...and pissed up mongers will be free to continue to welch on their bills for hand-shandies and rumpy-pumpy. Winning
  12. No. Today's 'always-online' muppets* with their phone glued to their hand, don't pay attention to their surroundings, and 'poor Zoe' should have brought her own bag or stopped being a cheapskate and bought a 'bag for life' at the checkout. It's not as if Waitrose suddenly stopped giving bags away. (*with apologies to the real Muppets)
  13. Sexually assaulted who now?
  14. Grinch... Grinch... Grinch (still)... If you need to ask...
  15. About sums up my experience. I work on several client's networks during the year. These are global networks and none of them use anything except Windows Defender. No Norton, no Trend, no Kaspersky, no McAfee, nada. They are all bloatware and if anyone thinks it's safer to run more than one AV suite, those false flags you are getting is because these out of date and useless programs are detecting each other. If you are using freeware, you get what you pay for. If you have a subscription, you get the same (and you're an idiot).
  16. How were you doing that? How quickly was this assessment made?
  17. Oh my goodness! Such seditious thoughts. As for keeping calm and in lieu of education, I much prefer lao-khao.
  18. In other news, the Chinese submarine deal has been resuscitated.
  19. In Buriram, just where you need it.
  20. And in Thailand, you can leave your Amex card at home.
  21. Now you have me totally confused with the above two statements! I guess AI isn't perfect (never will be either).
