This part I agree with. However, there are far nastier people who "rob" the people much worse, yet you have zero chance of meeting them. Then the retire with a golden parachute and enjoy all their money at the expense of the poor.

same with <deleted> meaning a bunch of sticks. 40-years ago kids loved saying gay is happy and <deleted> is sticks; HOWEVER, not ONCE this joke worked as an excuse because the context is way more important. Yes, you can tell people you are gay. Yell it loud, I'm gay. Then tell them it means you are happy. lol

Udon definitely has massages. Let's say I've been to 10 of them. I do think they are better in CM, but I like massages from smaller towns. NK, never got a massage but I would like one there. KK, not as many as Udon but I like it when they don't see as many falangs. Unless it's BKK, then I understand and I don't worry about if they see falangs. they see millions, I deal with it. Revised list: 1. NK (One night, if fun then 2) 2. Udon (One) 3. KK (One, and then pick between KK and Udon). 4. Fly to CM, if possible. CR I've been many times, never stayed more than a night . There is a massage scene there that likely sees less falangs than CM, which means I would really like to go there. Revised: 5. Fly to CR (one night), then go to CM on bus. lol.

lol. He'll come back and say, "falang why a 3?, it was the best ever!!!" I'll say, "They don't have the five-headed frogs I collect at 2 a.m. down by the river!!!" Oh yea, sure they have A-Z, but not the three-headed dart frog!!!! lol

lol. OK, I'll emphasize I've never been to Lop and maybe it's the greatest place in the Universe.

I do agree, and definitely the only city on the list that has the potential to be a 10. Maybe not if you stay there for years, but short term for sure. CM is just super solid, but that "mystique" wears off after years. NK might be a good start.

if you've exhausted BKK and surrounding areas, then KK for 3 and Udon for 3. The people in KK seemed nicer, girls less "used", and expats friendlier. IMO. Never been to UBON, but gut feeling says boring; however, possibly nice and relaxing if you stay for months. Phitsanulok and Sukhothai......hot and hot and nothing good there, except very attractive college girls in Phit. Nong Khai for one or two nights, sure. different, fun. Muk? no clue. Lopburi, never heard anything good about it.
-
ZERO percent chance I'll answer that.....................lol. Nowhere near the cities I've rated low; biggest hint I can offer. Wouldn't be in CM this time of the year, nope....... But I'll talk about any of those cities or other ones I've been to. The big question is, "How long do you plan to stay?" That definitely could affect my ratings.

I'm just NOT getting it. I'm really struggling. Deep. Quick sand So, are you saying there can be flights out of Thailand and I can get a COVID Extension????? Well, so, ahhhhhhhhhhhh...........errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......what's the correlation? none??????? OK, hold my hand.......are you telling me flights leaving may not be a factor in why Thailand has extended this COVID Extension visa?????? Hold on one second mister!!!! My falang guy says COVID Extension means you cannot leave Thailand. Am I to believe Thailand and Thai immigration knows more than my old drunk broke falang friend? I'm still at a loss

I don't agree. More violence in China, Burma, Philippines, Ukraine, Russia..... only your news feeds points you to American shootings. Nobody adores violence, this is a completely ridiculous statement. Ridiculous. Like saying some countries love drugs going through them all day, every day, all the time....... it's just some countries are the most important and people are OBSESSED with everything that that happens there. 10,000 Burmese killed......forgotten. One American shot, a lifetime of news stories.

By raft and on foot, migrants cross Rio Grande from Mexico to Texas
Iamfalang replied to Scott's topic in World News
How do you define lazy? What if they have a disease, mental issues, handicapped, other health problems, transportation limited, etc..... This blanket statement is simply to hateful to humans. Cut benefits and welfare? Again this callous insensitive hatred is not helping anyone. It's like me saying kick out all expats if they can't run a marathon. Unhealthy lazy expats will ruin the heath care system, leech off the strong, suck the economy, destroy the future, drain funds, etc...... I can run a marathon, it's easy for me to say. You can't, not my problem. You suffer because I make the rules. It's the same thing, and it's not the best way to go about solving anything. the plan is always to have the common man attack the common man........I won't fall for that -
for the next (unknown) amount of seconds, I will identify as an antelope, female, binary fluid. If not addressed correctly, my lawyer will contact you. 10,000,000,000,000 baht in damages. I support skeletons, male and female and the other 47 pronouns.

When I was in politics I was so "dumb" to spend 100 billion on 30 projects that absolutely failed. The common man hated me. I was fired. Sent home packing. Embarrassed. But, mind you, 1 billion baht richer in my hidden bank accounts suckers!!!!!!! and a lifetime of free stuff abroad!!! thanks for playing/paying taxpayers....

Overstay stamp in passport.
Iamfalang replied to 2 is 1's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I would add "nothing" to my list. I'm sure EVERY country reserves the right to deny anyone for whatever reason, and I can't imagine you are in the mind of a zillion officers who rejected people. An overstay stamp might have went into one of their minds at one point, are you saying that's never happened ever? -
Facebook Marketplace. I love used stuff, you can find amazing value; HOWEVER, not when it comes to laptops. If the budget is around 5000, then I guess who cares you can experiment. Over 10,000.....never used. never. Nobody sells a laptop with zero issues. lol. That means more time, and more money, and headaches. cheap Linux.....find one from an ex-hacker, CIA, undercover operative MIA or KIA..... remember, don't buy one from North Korea!!!

Overstay stamp in passport.
Iamfalang replied to 2 is 1's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
In life, with a vast amount of experience, I've learned zero, always, never, sure, every..... can be wrong more often than not. We all know each officer looks at things slightly different, so which officer will he get? oh, we don't know. Has anyone ever been rejected because of an overstay stamp before? oh, we don't know. we can guess that number is low, but not as zero. anything is possible, and it seems like the OP just wants us all to reassure him with our guesses. As if we have any significant amount of experience with overstay stamps at airports that get 40 million people in a busy year; however, we have some falang friends and we read the threads. 95% OK all other things considered (dresses well, respectful, etc..) 5% (insert calamity) -
This is the craziest weather the Earth has ever seen, and we have witnessed it!!! It has never been crazier, and never will be crazier!!! I've been here 11,000 years and we are seeing history, nobody has seen what we have seen!! We are special humans!!! Write books about this!!! Of course, it's nothing like the Thailand floods 11 and 30 years ago, and basically nothing compared to a zillion other places on Earth, but forget about history!! They didn't have chat rooms and threads. OMG, I see clouds forming!!! Not again!!!

Iamfalang replied to reflectionx's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
another observation................all falangs must submit to the Thai. Thais own us. We must smile or get deported. We cannot argue. We must do everything for them, we are the visitor. but when a falang goes online or meets another falang....It's complain city!!!!! Complain about everything forever. Meet a falang, he will complain for 100 hours. Then he will see a Thai and smile and become the weakest mouse in the world. then off to the bar. The word "hate" is a little strong............I would say "frustrated". now get your Tm 6, 30, 99, 832, 2343, 84, 459 in order or I'll call immigration!! lol -

Haters.......yes, they hate themselves. That is a fact. They (haters) have given up...... for.... nice built house, amenities....................one room, fan real beef, wine, etc..............................fake and cheap "meat" clean air.............................polluted air safe roads...............................death roads no passport...........................90 day check-in expensive (need money).................cheap (can be poor) social life-.....................................alone healthy diet.........................................7 11 morals...........................................bars and bar girls opportunity............................nothing seasons..........................................death heat I definitely won't retire in Thailand, and I know what it is..... a place to simply go off the grid and escape for a few years before returning to reality. it's a scarlet letter for sure....means things went wrong in your home country and you need a break. luckily I can go back. if stuck here forever and unable to enjoy nice things, I can imagine how someone gets very bitter. who wants to be stuck on a motorbike eating 20 baht noodle soup and thinking they are successful? so you hate. lol.- 211 replies

Pegasus spyware scandal returns to haunt Thai govt
Iamfalang replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Every country does this, why not? It's their country, they create the laws, they can monitor you.........everything I type goes to a super, secret underground Black Ops Bunker near Pattaya. To think you have freedom on anything electronic means you have not yet matured. Freedom in your mind is possible, not on your smartphone, room, car, computer, shop, etc.... Luckily 99% of sexpat expats are not a real threat to anyone but themselves...... falang, I see you!!!! be a good sheepie and spend money and smile. then OK.
