  1. Plenty of that sort of 'solid advice' from some posters around here. Let's just look at that advice for a moment: "Bits drop off as you drive along the road." No even vague understanding of what 'bits' fall off, or the situation in which they fell off. Therefore no understanding of how it was to have been originally fixed to the main bike. All new bikes of this design vintage need a shake down / tighten up. Agricultural power plants that you find in the Stallion are full of vibe by design. It would be grossly incompetent to let such a bike go unchecked for loose accessories to the point that things fall off. To the OP, like all bikes, they are fit for a certain purpose. Keep filters and oil up to them, follow the standard maintenance (no more / no less in normal operating conditions), be aware that that braking from those early 80s tech brake calipers will feel wooden but do the job and you are good to go.
  2. And I appreciate you for posting on this subject. Fact is that there is an affect. Fact is that there is little to no taste when a bud is swallowed. Fact is there is a much longer buzz from eating the weed I was. I'm all for science. People blindly regurgitating what the read on the internet vs first hand data makes me laugh, though. Especially when they haven't even completed the very simple test themselves.

I get high 3ating high CBD and low to medium THC bud when I eat it to a similar extent of my medicinal weed.. what part of that don't you understand? You are attempting to tell me that I am not feeling what I do. How else should I respond to you?
  7. The weed I was eating was cured and dried. I wager others to try this. And please take note that I clearly stated - which may have been ignored - that I was a relative lightweight. Why were people getting high eating weed 30 years ago before "decarbed" was even a word? When exactly did you first hear of the word "debarbed"?

  10. Bert, I had already shared my information. Did you bother to read my post? Now please re-read what BMT, replied to me. He didn't actually state that he had tried to eat bud and had not personally failed to have an effect. He purely hypothesised. Maybe you should have put your ire at him for his anecdotal posts. I my response was apt and I stand by it. But let's not let this side track a good post. All I tried to do 2as assist another poster. BMT seemed to have made a claim that he read on the internet and just regurgitated it without testing.   11. I'm with you. I'm a bit of a lightweight. I was a heavy user in my youth but it was mainly Thai stick and other assorted bush weed and hash. After not using for more than 25 years, I have been going down the CBD path for some pain relief for joint injuries. I decarbed some high CBD content medium THC bud in a water bath in my rice cooker worked a treat. I made a batch of brownies with just highly ground weed sprinkled through the mix and then another batch with defuseed butter weed. Both are much more intense than just 3ating raw bud, which I was doing. But it seems Brownian motion wasn't truly at play with my sprinkle batch. It is quite hit or miss for 3qch the strength of each of those brownies so far.
  12. I'm away from the tourist areas near Bang Yai and one of my favourite Khmer restaurants closed recently. There was a new shop fitout for a weed store and the capital expenditure has been large. Very high quality fitout. Close to 100m2 ground floor area and assuming the same upstairs for both levels. There is a high quality furniture. Assume that there will be a large mail order trade, but unsure on how they plan to bring in the local clientele with high weed prices. Time will tell. I on the other hand an wonderign where I am going to get my next lok lak fix.
  13. I've done a few trip overseas with them. Typical low cost. Small seat pitch. That might affect you if you are on the larger side. Don't recall any of my flights being late pre or post covid.

  15. Why don't you just eat straight buds? You won't get the full effect as you would smoking it or get as accurate dosing as you would with oil, but it is possible. Get a known strain (for consistency) of whatever THC/CBD ratio you want and just swallow a bud. Start with the amount that you would normally expect to smoke of that strain and then go from there.
  16. You will not be able to tell by pushing on the bars or riding the bike that one fork is damping better then the other. I actually seem to recall that Kawasaki once used one fork for rebound and one for compression but that is an aside. The whole function of having two forks inners sliding into a tight tolerances outer stops the very potential that you claim you can feel different damping on one side. If you can feel the damping on one side only then you have a hell of a lot more wrong than just stanchions I asked for a photo of the tyre tread. Tyre pressure should be checked regularly - as in at least weekly. Depending on the tyre a few psi can give a whole bunch of weird symptoms. But you seem to not want to find all the causes to your issues so good luck to you. I hope you find some quality assistance and get it sorted.
  17. In your first post you mentioned that the fork stanchions were damaged. You didn't mention the word bent. Tyre pressure is a very simple thing to help eliminate other issues. There are a variety of things that could be causing the issues you mention. A common sense practice to to eliminate "low hanging fruit" or simple potential issues before you go straight to the major concern. So again, when did you last check tyre pressure? What was the tyre pressure when you checked it? Can you take a clear photo of your front tyre's tread and upload it here? When standing beside the bike, with both hands on the handlebars and the front brake engaged, push down on the front of the bike hard. Explain what happens.

  19. take the dark red SRT elevated train from DM to Bang Sue. Get an express train to Hua Hin. Other option is a taxi but it will probably be more expensive depening on your negotiating skills. Cheapest would be a Van but they are uncomfortable and in my opinion, more dangerous than travel should be.

  22. They are hardly high performance vehicles. The Nmax 2022 has front a single pot caliper with what looks like fixed single steel disc. So that is a very low bar from which to gauge anyway. You are splitting hairs. Find the one that is most comfy to you, has the best luggage for you, comes in the colour you like and get get for the best on road cost. You will not notice anything else, honestly.

  24. Grunt is really not a word I would describe to use anything under 600cc and even then it needs to be used with caution. A 125cc compared to a 155cc may well be close to 20% increase but in raw numbers there is still very little in it. These are scooters, guys. Find one with ergonomics such as nimbleness versus mildly wider more comfortable ride, key position, seat position, stretch to handles bars, fuel filler location etc that you like. Find one with the best lockable and open storage for your needs. Choose the options of that model then choose a colour if that is your preference and be done with it. None of the bikes in each sector (larger capacity and fatter longer footprint vs smaller capacity nimble) really aren't that different.
  25. The 2006 Suzuki Gsx-r 1000 had a recall due to potential stress fractures around the head stock. The repair that Suzuki chose was interesting.
