It can't be overrevved because it doesn't have the torque to overcome wind resistance and hit the redline in top gear. The gears in the non manual bikes change automatically based on centrifugal forces so you can't over rev that way. geared bike are rare to be used by delivery riders. The only real thing a rider can do is cook the brakes, overload the already poorly damped suspension or physically damage the cosmetics or frame of the bike. All of which would be immediately noticeable.

I disagree with your statement. Pinus radiata and slash pines and be pressure treated with Pyrethrum based treatments to resist above ground rot and termites. It can be pressure treated for in-ground use as well. Pine is used in termite prone areas throughout the world and has been for quite some time.

Specifically, points on the golf courses, the hospitals and other conveniences I really hadn't given thought to as neither are important to me just now. Golf for my preference to only playing in temperate weather zones and Hospitals because I am still of an age where they aren't a genuine consideration for me and I have exceptional travel insurance through my corporate. I still don't agree with because of polution and the riff raff that hover to ex pat-centric centres but that is my choice. But I sincerely appreciate you taking the time.
