All their info is available, and doubt if prices are negotiable. Standard: "The standard range of BYD ATTO 3 (NEDC range to 410 km) officially entered the Thai market at a selling price of 1,099,900 baht" Although, for a few baht more, get the long range model:

Most countries consider 65 as elderly, older residents, as do charts that track such info. Thailand not even close to Japan or other countries to be considered having an older population: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_age_structure https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SP.POP.65UP.TO.ZS

Does your Thai partner know much about history outside of Thailand?
Jotnar replied to sharksy's topic in General Topics
Why would they care about the history of other countries, when most don't care much about Thai's history. I don't care about the history of other countries I'd never visit. History is constantly being rewritten to appease special interest groups. Along with nobody seems to learn from history. -
Debt ceiling: Janet Yellen warns US could hit debt ceiling by 1 June
Jotnar replied to Social Media's topic in World News
How about a fair flat tax that everyone pays. 15, 20, or 30% across the board tax for all, and eliminate all the silly deductions. Stop going in debt, to give it away to other countries, especially if they don't need it. Cut the defense budget, simply be bringing all the military back to USA soil and waters. Stop being the world's police force and corporate security. Spend USA tax dollars an US citizens only. Probably have a balance budget and pay the deficit off in a decade or so. That makes way too much sense. -
Along with 'bangkok rd', in Nakhon Pathom. Large deer are the same as large motorcycles here. At least it had antlers, like those Harley style motorcycles.

Really doesn't need to be deep, and probably at the depth of the driveway 10+cm, whether running under or along side of it, and hopefully not 'in' it. As long as you got a ballpark idea where it is, no worries. If cutting across a grassy area, I wouldn't expect to be much deeper than 30cm.

Why there is no double decker bus in Bangkok?
Jotnar replied to Goodboybkk's topic in Thailand Travel Forum
Probably because they would be packed, standing room only as they are now at rush hour, and would take for ever for someone to make their way down to the street at each stop, causing even more congestion. They squeeze just as many on the buses now, as they would if 'legally' (no standing) using double deckers. As stated, imagine all the wires they would take out, along with scooter driver being clotheslined that were near them when it happens. Only have here for open roads, and as tourist attraction; tours and that silly dining bus line. -
Toyota Yaris 2022 Tyres. Any suggestions please.
Jotnar replied to Gee Bangkok's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Wouldn't upgrading the suspension, shocks, struts, be a better idea. Tyres can only do so much, if anything, unless tyres themselves are noisy. All the entry level cars are terrible on the road, noise, bumps and vibration. Add some undercoating (during dry season), might help deaden the road noise, and maybe some sound deadening material on the floor inside. -

R I P Scary world for females, glad my daughter asked me to buy her a switchblade. I've taught her the best I could, to have a fighting chance. Wish all gals, all ages were trained in self defense, AND, trained and issued a firearm when ready. Equal the playing field and we'd have less horrible stories such as these. while ongoing search: https://www.thairath.co.th/news/crime/2690134 https://www.thaipbs.or.th/news/content/327168

Electric Vehicle Registrations Increase for 3rd Consecutive Month
Jotnar replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
You can go CM-Pai-CM without the need to charge. If doing the loop, there are stations along the way. If you live there, then you are obviously charging at home. Any more silly examples ?
