My experience in May visit was to get a Non-O Visa you needed a Bank Acct with B 800,000. I couldn't get a bank account without a Visa, Tried 3 Banks BB Kasikorn UOB no luck getting an account. Been on O-A since 2009 Guess I will have to use an agent

Airfares are sky high and not coming down. That will affect tourism. BUT expats are a sure and constant source of income for the Thai economy. The fantasy of high end expats is just that.. A Fantasy. The inflationary economics in the U.S. and around the world are putting middle income retirees in deep s**t. Many of them are Vietnam Vets and are familiar with SE Asia. Thailand would be smart to make retirement visas easier and capture this market. These are long stay people who can revive the lower end of the economy. Too bad it probably won't happen

Can you get a 30 day extension from a Visa run? Are 2 a year the limit?
