what relevance is me having an accident on you breaking laws ? i had a thai guy go through a red light at sukhumvit and whittayu which i had to avoid and drop my bike. another i was coming off an exit at night. no road markings and no light or road signage. the road took a hard 90 and i hit the median and skidded onto the grass. neither of these accidents were unlawful nor was i breaking any laws while they happened. so your point is ?
