That's the key. Eating correctly. Most don't. If you stop taking Ozempic and go back to your normal eating pattern the weight will indeed return. I'm happy to hear you lost so much weight. Are you at your goal or trying to lose more?

Russian Man Found Dead After Falling from High-rise Condo in Bangkok
HuskerDo2 replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
But can you imagine what they are thinking on the way down like..... "what the 'F' did I just do?" No going back I'm afraid. -
Retired at 59 and lived off of savings until I started drawing social security and my pensions at age 62. I had a 37 year career in I.T. but if I had it to do all over again, I'd get a job at UPS. With their new contract the drivers make $170,000 a year (US) and that doesn't include all the overtime at Christmas. All for driving around and dropping off packages. Incredible.

A fool proof way is to add a beneficiary to the acct for when you pass. That way you don't have to worry about any "funny business" with whomever is execution the will. For instance, if you have someone's name, or the name or a charity, on a bank acct as the beneficiary then the bank is obligated to give it to them directly. It's worth considering. That is what I have done.

I don't see "Hotdog" on the list. It should be as that's the Perfect Dog for a Thai family. -
Are you having the average amount of sex?
HuskerDo2 replied to LaosLover's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
The first boss I had after graduating from college told us that if you put a penny in a jar every time you had sex with your wife the first year after getting married and then started taking one out every time you had sex after that for the rest of your life the jar would never be emptied. After thinking about it I had to agree as that's what happens in marriages. Other commitments, jobs, kids, taking care of the house, etc all get in the way. If guys knew that gong into marriage, they might reconsider. -

Are people better now or back in the 1980s
HuskerDo2 replied to bignok's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
The question was "Are people better now or back in the 1980's". The clear answer is back in the 1980's. Each year the world has more and more issues these days. Like with crime, mass shootings, all sorts of cyber-crime, corrupt politicians, drugs, gangs, unwarranted hatred of others, etc. Every year it gets worse. The 1980's is the clear-cut winner. MUCH better and safer world back then.- 134 replies

The RTP police simply don't have the cranial power to create a proper way to track overstayers quicker. It usually leaves them looking like the Keystone Cops. It's so sad that Thailand could be so much more than what it is but there are too many in politics and on the local police forces and local government that simply aren't intelligent enough to lead. So many issues can be solved so quickly like the nasty air, rats, crime, overstayers, etc yet they spend their time on unimportant issues that will bring them the most publicity. Thailand could be the crown jewel of S.E.A. if only........

Be careful when following the crowd with the new "in thing" weight loss drug. This stuff doesn't help unless you take it the rest of your life. It isn't like you'll take it for 6 months and lose a ton of weight and then go back your life and stop taking it. If you stop taking it all the weight will return. Sounds like cigarettes where they get you hooked with nicotine, and they make money off you the rest of your life. It's better to live a healthy lifestyle with a proper diet and plenty of exercise. It might take longer than using Ozempic to reach your weight goal but far safer, healthier and cheaper.

"Does Your 20-Year Refrigerator Warranty Keep You UP at Night?"....... No, but the noise emitting from the fridge did so I got another. Problem solved. I never get warranties on anything. Total scam. As I tell the salespeople every time the try to sell me a warranty.... "if I need a warranty then you're telling me this thing isn't built very well". That shuts them up.

Widespread online scams pose daunting challenge to Thai authorities
HuskerDo2 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Something similar happened to me many years ago. I called the phone company and they said there was nothing they could do about it and that I'd have to pay. I then asked for a supervisor. I told her that if I was charged for these bogus charges I'd stop my service. I told her to consider the difference between what the bogus charges were and what they'd make off of me if I remained a customer for the next 10 years. She immediately dropped the bogus charges. -
Close the browser and try again. Everything you mentioned sound WAY too suspicious and beyond the norm. For them to ask for a credit card or more importantly a govt issued ID should make you RUN!!!
