  14. If you're convinced that your doctor's advice is valid, stick with what he/she says. But maybe only people with kidney problems should be concerned with excessively high potassium levels. https://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-34225517 There are some people who should steer clear of foods that are high in potassium though, warns Collins - those with kidney disease. "These patients have a very low kidney function which can potentially see a build-up of harmful potassium levels in their blood stream because they can't get rid of the mineral when they pass urine," she says.

  16. I think you have no choice ... updates protect your PC. Most of the time, the updates are done when the computer shuts down. So you can shut down before bed. I think on some rare occasions, the updates continue again when you start up? I am guessing you haven't done updates in a very long time. And in most cases in the future, the updates will be done when shutting down, not when starting up. Sorry, that's all I got.
  17. my understanding is you need updates because it will protect you from vulnerabilities/attacks/viruses etc ... click "update and shutdown" before you go to sleep. should be ok to boot up next morning.

  21. maybe the word "love" is too abstract to actually mean anything practical and needs to be re-defined or completely eliminated from the vocabulary. . relationships are transactional. human beings are too shallow for "love". it doesn't really exist. hollywood and pop music has polluted people's minds with these endless fairy tales of love.
  22. I would read the contracts carefully. I believe franchisers have clauses where they can terminate your franchise ...
