I just watched a health video on blood pressure and he said that the literature on sodium is conflicting. I don't think science is clear on the effects of sodium on blood pressure.

I haven't watched all of this yet. It's 45 minutes. But the wording of the video suggests it's not an evil plot? In Barcelona, they're planning to block cars off every 3rd street by 2030. But they claim "citizens will have a much greater freedom of movement".

regarding drugs, a lot of rap stars and rock stars are making drugs cool. and people get influenced by them. so freedom + cultural art influences you could argue some drugs are useful, but realistically unless you're a shaman in Peru you're probably not using drugs for anything productive.
