Yeah, to validate the Wallet I had to use the App. And they use facial recognition , scan your face ... If you ever need to do a return, you will the Wallet and the App.

Lazada also forces you to use the App ... Bolt ... Seriously, not sure how anyone survives or why anyone would to go great lengths to avoid getting one. You can get an older used model for not that much. Best of luck avoiding modern technology for no apparent reason.

I guess you can avoid bank apps ?? Then to check your balance you need to get in line at the bank to update the bank book? Wowzers.

I dont know how anyone survives in this day and age without a smartphone .

No, I bought a couple of drinks. Does every single customer bar fine them and take them out? I don't think so. I think they're quite happy to just get a couple of drinks. At least that's my understanding of the bar scene. I don't think every single time someone goes in they barfine the girl and take them out.

I've popped into bars and had conversations with a few. So "a few" does not constitute a scientific study. But based on my very limited experience, I would say most of them either cannot be rehabilitated back into polite society or it might take a lot of work. I was testing out one girl. I said I'm looking for a friend. She lost her temper and stood up and said "No!" . It was a major shock to her system to insinuate that her role be tweaked. When you sleep with hordes of men, it affects you on a deep level. They are not the same as normal women at all. So my response is very few. And for others, it might take a lot of work. Edit: And you may need to worry about her having a "relapse". Because working in a bar is a bit like taking drugs. It's constant high adrenaline, booze, party vibe, getting a lot of attention from different men. They may find a stay at home life boring. I dunno. Just a hunch. I

A Poll - Do you like the Down-Thumb emoji?
save the frogs replied to connda's topic in General Topics
do you prefer getting a thumbs down repeatedly from the same posters who hate you? or would you prefer they just put you on ignore? -
Of course many will see it a totalitarianism. But one could also view it as a utopia where street crime will be almost nonexistant. No one is watching you 24/7 if you're not doing anything illegal. Criminals need to be worried.

There has been a long-standing feud between Trump and Newsome, who he called New Scum. Maybe that has sth to do with all of this. Trump getting revenge on Newsome?

You deserved it too. And that's a compelling argument to keep it. As a deterrent for people to keep posting their crap over and over after a flood of negative emojis. -
A Poll - Do you like the Down-Thumb emoji?

Youtube only has Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down. If you upload a video on Youtube, you will inevitably get some Thumbs Down. It show a percentage of people who don't like your video, which is a useful tool to create future videos and try to guess why people don't like it. But it's used very badly and incorrectly on AN. Often, posters carry grudges from previous conversations and then get revenge by giving a Thumbs Down, no matter what the person posts. It's just because they don't like you. And lastly, people overreact to Thumbs Down. It doesn't bother me at all. I don't expect everyone to agree with everything I say and I don't care if people don't agree. -

Yes, please spare us the agony. Sweeping generalizations about any one group are meaningless. -

It's not a boxing match with referees. No such thing as a fair fight in the real world.
