That's a great question! Hamas were not even around when Israel starting breaking the law. Hamas (formed in 1987) have only been around for 35 years or so. Israel has been breaking the law since 1967. Lets not even talk about the forced displacement of the indigenous Palestinian people in 1947 + 48. Poisoning their drinking water, killing them, raping them, burning their villages to the ground - This was illegal. Israel has been breaking the law since its inception.

False reporting. "within UNRWA facilities" This is how rational people know the claims are being made to smear and denigrate UNRWA. Because the accusation itself is untrue, but the details are buried further in. It then goes on to say "near a school" - this is not within the facility it then goes on to say "18 meters underneath the headquarters" - this is not within the facility, it is 18 meters below it. The IDF have been telling us that these tunnels are absolutely everywhere. Do you expect us to be shocked when they uncover tunnels everywhere?
-
Strange logic? Huh? IDF: There are approximately 650 kilometers of tunnels underneath Gaza and the tunnels are everywhere. Land area of Gaza: 365 kilometers squared. So there are more Km of tunnels than total land area. A tunnel is found underneath the courtyard of UNRWA. Is it surprising? If there were tunnel entrance shafts from UNRWA properties into the underground tunnels, you would win me over. That would be proof of UNRWA's involvement, and I would accept that. Just having a tunnel running underneath it doesn't prove anything, but it is a great smear tactic just when countries are starting to rethink their blockade of aid into Gaza. Its also a great way to stop us all talking about the lack of aid getting into Gaza because of the IDF. Israel is very good at controlling the narrative.

I'm glad to hear that! It would be a bit strange if you did, because you were not directly affected by these events. Is it not sad that we are talking about who hates each other more? It is pathetic tbh. Israel must start to live up to it's 'democratic, law abiding' status. It is willfully breaking over 26 international laws, is committing war crimes in real time - we can all watch them on social media and the news. We know that the West Bank and other Palestinian lands are under occupation and they live under the control of Israelis. This is just insane! We know this is wrong, the world courts have judged that what Israel has been doing over 5 decades is wrong. Yet still, we blame Hamas.

Your post is right, but so is the OP, lets get back on topic - Israeli soldiers committing war crimes. At the end of the day, no one can deny that Israel is in breach of over 20 international laws. It willfully ignores the international community and the International court of Justice and has been occupying Palestinian lands for over 56 years. Until Israel starts to follow the law, they cannot complain when they are being attacked by the people they are oppressing.

And? I literally just watched Elyon Levy, the government spokesman say that tunnels are underneath ALL of Gaza. He literally says they are everywhere when Nick Ferrari asks him why they are bombing and assaulting Rafah. So which is it Eylon? Are the tunnels everywhere, or is UNRWA guilty of aiding and abetting Hamas because there is a tunnel underneath their HQ? You can't have your cake and eat it. Trying to implicate UNRWA for having a tunnel underneath its courtyard is the same as blaming a house for being on top of a gold mine. Preposterous. Now, if there were tunnel shafts running from UNRWA HQ down to the network of tunnels, then I would be shocked. Then i would really start to question my beliefs. As there have not been any claims of this, then I wonder why this has been reported. It's like saying "we found oil' when you live on top of an oil mine.

Not quite. They hate Israelis. I wonder why they hate their prison guards? I wonder why they hate the people who occupy their territory, snatch them out of their beds at night, detain them indefinitely, steal their land and force them from their homes... These are just from the last few years. I'm sure you'd hate the people if they did that to you. They are perfectly entitled to hate their tormentors. It is also true that Israelis hate Palestinians: https://www.timesofisrael.com/poll-shows-large-swaths-of-israeli-youth-hate-arabs-back-revoking-citizenship/

You know that's what Israeli right wing Zionists want you to think right? Manchester is not London, but they are both part of England. West Bank is not Gaza, but they are both parts of a future Palestinian state - which the entire international community and several UN & ICJ resolutions and laws have noted that they are currently BOTH occupied territories (We're not even including parts of Jerusalem that Israel is illegally occupying). Until Israel starts to abide by its obligations under international law, Hamas has a right to resist its occupiers. Israel is an occupier and it should be forced out of the West Bank and all other occupied territories. If you want the hostages back so badly, follow the law and leave the occupied territories.

Dude, IDF soldiers literally took American citizens in the middle of the night, while they were sleeping in their beds. The IDF has tons of hostages, and has been ramping them up since the war started so they have some hostages to trade with Hamas. Think about that for just a moment. How the hell is the IDF doing this? This is Palestinian territory, IDF are NOT supposed to be there. They should NOT be operating in a territory that is not theirs. Plus, it is an American citizen. Not a good idea to be locking up your allies citizens in indefinite administrative detention. Using administrative detention indefinitely adds up to taking hostages. The people are not charged with any crimes, they have no access to lawyers etc.

Well then, I suggest that you follow your own advice and wait for the IDF to produce some evidence for: UNRWA allegations - not a single shred of evidence has been produced to back up these claims Systemic rape claims - not a single shred of evidence has been produced to back up the claims of systemic rape 9000 Hamas fighters killed - not a single shred of evidence has been produced to back up this claim. Think for yourself. How could the IDF's numbers possibly be true? It doesn't add up.

Where is the IDF evidence? Its just basic math. Over 70% of the victims are women and children. that leaves around 9000 men. For Israel's figures to be correct, every single man would have to be a terrorist for their claims to be true. This would make Palestinian men the luckiest people on this Earth, because they are not being 'accidentally' killed - they are all terrorists. Not one Palestinian man was innocent according to the IDF's figures. Work it out yourself, put your thinking caps on. Stop drinking Israel's cool aid.
