  1. This is true of course. But every relationship started with a one-night stand. Wth some first dates. So, step by step. I will take out CM girl to yet another 5 star venue, and then one of the best bars in Thailand. The immediate escalation target here is kiss, sex and she stays the night. Then daytime dates, with frequency increased to 2 or 3 dates per week instead of one. Obviously once the long game starts it will be harder. However, the initial targets now are more modest. This is really the most fun time therefore. I tell you, I look at this girl laugh at me and feel like I've arrived. But yes, the long game will come. She is so nice, light hearted, fun, talkative, considerate. Intelligent. Everything you could ask for.
  2. Yes, I probably won't be able to sleep tonight. It's already affecting me deeply.
  3. I also think this is the best solution. It's also how it was dealt with in our own countries in the past, the woman would get "household" money. You make clear this is her budget. Then she can handle that money. With BKK girl it would be useless, as that money would go straight to her mother. But with a more sensible girl, or rather one not encumbered by a no-good mother, that makes the most sense. I don't think the girls like to ask for money at all. Ideally you give it to them before they even ask, but if they get a reasonable allowance, they don't have to ask.
  4. I love this! The CM girl just passed an English exam. I think I will offer to pay for any book of her choice for now on our third date tomorrow, as a kind of present. What a win/win, she will improve her English, spend her time reading and not talking to other guys or going out, and I will look like a generous patron of academia. You're the man!
  5. A truer statement was never made. BKK girl said, after I threw her out, before she comes back she wants to have made money. This was a year ago. She tried to make dresses and sold them at market. Best she can make is 2000 baht a day. But she can't do it consistently, sometimes only 500 baht. She took a job in a factory. As that only paid 8000 baht for 12 hours a day back breaking work starting at 5.30 am, she quit there. The money she now makes with the dresses the mother grabs off her for rent, electricity, food and everything else. It's been a year, and she is still not making money. If I had not sent her 8000 baht a month, somtimes more, she and her mother couldn't make rent. Had she come here, she could have built a business for herself. It's no use, they cannot do it.
  6. Of course Khun Per, you are quite right. I should explain, the girl I didn't send a single baht to is Phuket Girl. We are still talking and she wants to come, but I am not sure if I should bring her over. The main resaon is that I have found a girl of substance, a truly good girl, who speaks perfect English, a Christian Thai from a good family, who is beautiful, fun and just amazing. I have my third date with her tomorrow. So I don't want to meet any Phuket Girl who loves money, even if she's not a pro, as I don't think she is on the level fo the CM girl. I will let the latter play out a bit and then make a call on Phuket Girl, who I suspect will always only be a fun girl for a week or so.
  7. Even a guy deeply involved in the cruelty, Josef Mengele, didn't he evade Allied justice alltogether?
  8. Not the big guys. Goering, Himmler, Hitler, they all made sure to escape Allied Justice.
  9. Speaking of Germans, I think few will appreciate the irony here. The German philosopher Nietzsche showed us how it was the Jews who invented modern morality. And now it is precisely these people who are about to be banned from Thailand for their immoral behaviour, and outlawed everywhere because of their immoral genocide in Gaza. How could this happen? How could the very people who invented good and bad as we know it, become so, well, immoral? What happened?
  10. Yes, everybody hates on the old guys. Thankfully I'm still young and crispy, but I'm not looking forward to old age. I just saw a young girl on TF, "Old men, stop writing!!!!" Lol.
  11. That's surprising, I: always thought the viewed they Ethiopian Jews as brethren. Guess not.
  12. Oh I think Lairmore suffered real trauma. "He added that he had been the butt of jokes by colleagues ever since. He was also gifted a toy sandwich with a patch reading, "felony footlong"." https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c5ypvv8n1jvo The full psychological ramifications of this assault are not yet clear.
  13. That's the point, we really don't I think. If we see them engaging in parties with illegal drugs and making Thai police take action we have to conclude these are undesirables and not the kind of people we want here.
  14. No it just presupposes that you can find your own dream lover and then, suitably attired, are able to make your way to one of the various high class bars that have been chosen among the 10 best bars in Thailand, enjoy the outstanding cocktail creations, the live Brazilian Jazz music and have a thoroughly spanking night out. Who goes to a bar alone? That's just sad.
  15. Let's hope so, perhaps he can get some MDMA to help him cope with this traumatic incident.
  16. Yes, but his recollection referred to the time he was subjected to the vicious assault so understandably give the stress he was under he may have misinterpreted some of his traumatic memories.
  17. If so, we really need video. I thought Thais video everything. But not this? Tssk.
  18. Which of course makes it more dangerous, as a tightly bound sandwich has more concentrated mass and thus greater force on impact. Lucky Lairmore had the foresight to be suitably protected or he could have sustained serious injury. I don't see how some minor hyperbole could warrant a perjury charge, surely given the life-threatening stress of the situation his perception must have been skewed?
  19. Yes East Europeans are notorious for not respecting Asians: https://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-36587847
  20. Anyway, I've met my Dream Lover who is beyond reproach and suspicion of any nefarious activity related to box selling, and our date is tomorrow. So now I need to focus on making the beautiful love.
  21. Well, they would have to cloak it in universal appearance to forego the usual cries of anti-semitism no doubt.
  22. Yes, indeed, but maybe that won't be necessary. Have they checked his mortgage application record? Taxes?
  23. I'm glad you clarified that, I was wondering how you don't get convicted for assault by throwing a hard object at someone. Surely that intent flows from the act, anyone hit with a large and hard object would suffer bodily harm. How there could not have been intent to cause bodily harm is hard to fathom. Disgraceful miscarriage of justice.
