I can see that for some people, those who don't drive a lot, especially only short distances in the city, the BEV now can make sense. However, even though I also prefer to fly to Bangkok, I would like the freedom to drive in the North of Thailand for longer than just short trips. I can see a BEV as a sensible side car or second car, but not as a main car. The economies of scale for hydrogen production will expand enormously, making hydrogen much cheaper. That's not even counting the technological innovations.
