Economy Thailand’s Wealth Gap Widens: Most Bank Accounts Below 50,000 Baht

How nice would it be if you were a billionaire and you'd go to every person in Thailand and help them out, give them 10 million baht each. How happy they would be. I don't understand why most of these billionaires don't do that. It would only take 21,800,000 USD to give every Thai 10 million baht. Such a small price to make people happy. -

So interesting, there's a real industry behind it. I mean you can understand the need of the people seeking the passport sometimes. But selling passports, it's just wrong surely. -

Well P Diddy is being done for racketeering, when the big legal question should have been did he run a criminal enterprise for profit, like a protection racket or something along those lines. Nevertheless, nobody seems to be bothered that this is the legal question, I'm sure the federal lawyers can come up with a similar way to ignore actual law and the real legal questions that should apply. Appears to work in P Diddy's case. -

2-7.5% of the population have engaged in bestiality at one point (sexual encounter with an animal). https://bedbible.com/how-common-is-bestiality-and-zoophillia-statistics/ in 1991, the US National Survey of Men estimated that only 2.3% of men said that they had not been exclusively heterosexual, while only 1.1% said they had been exclusively homosexual. As part of its huge household survey, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) found 1.1% reported their identity as gay or lesbian – roughly the same as Natsal. https://www.theguardian.com/society/2015/apr/05/10-per-cent-population-gay-alfred-kinsey-statistics -

Yes, but Ukraine is losing. She can't win. Why do you think she's negotiating for peace now? Even if Ukraine had been winning, some nuclear strikes and game over for Ukraine. So unless Germany gets nuclear weapons it is not really protected.

No, that's a misreading. The US had entered WWII long before Germany declared war on the US. You conveniently ignore for instance that the US had supplied 50 destroyers to the UK in 1940. In addition the US had placed a total embargo on Japan in 1940, knowing full well that starving Japan of oil would have consequences. The US Flying Tigers pilots, assembled with presidential authority, fought with China against Japan since 1937. The US had expanded its "Pan American Security Zone" as far as Iceland. (!). In no way did the US restrict itself to neutral shipping lanes. The US Navy's "neutrality patrols" were not actually neutral as, in practice, their function was to report Axis ship and submarine sightings to the British and Canadian navies, and from April the US Navy began escorting Allied convoys from Canada as far as the "Mid-Atlantic Meeting Point" (MOMP) south of Iceland, where they handed off to the RN. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_history_of_the_United_States_during_World_War_II The US was not on the sidelines, but took an active part to support the UK and Russia, before Germany declared war.

I've seen the full video. Rivers is very short on serioius legal analysis. He's big on psychology though, talking about "cognitive dissoance" and "sociopath" tendencies, "biploar disorder". He also lectures on how love works. He basically takes snippets of the testimony and gives his superficial take on it. His "explanation" of the rackeetering issue is almost non-existent. Basically he thinks there clearly was coercion, so it's a slam dunk. Though he did raise one interesting point, the indictment includes "conspiracy" to racketeer, but where are the other conspirators? He's never seen a case where there's only one conspirator on trial. So this tips you off right away that the racketeering charge is made up. Effectively what the prosecution is claiming is that Combs ran a criminal enterprise. But an enterprise has to be for profit. That was the whole origin of the racketeering charge, to catch mobsters profiting of selling alcohol and drugs, or protection rackets. This was clearly not what Combs was doing. He was not running a criminal enterprise to profit. The very definition of racketeering is this: "Racketeering is a type of organized crime in which the perpetrators set up a coercive, fraudulent, extortionary, or otherwise illegal coordinated scheme or operation (a "racket") to repeatedly or consistently collect a profit." According to the US Justice Department, to convict someone of racketeering, prosecutors must prove five different criteria: A criminal enterprise existed The enterprise affected interstate commerce The defendant was associated with or employed by the enterprise The defendant engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity The defendant participated in at least two acts of racketeering activity https://edition.cnn.com/2019/03/26/us/what-is-racketeering-trnd Clearly Combs Enterprises did not collect a profit from the Freak Offs. If anything it was the opposite, they cost Combs money. Nor were the Freak Offs a "criminal enterprise", in reality they were neither an "enterprise" nor were they "criminal". But the greatest problem with the racketeering charge is that it requires that a profit be made. What profit did Combs make with the Freak Offs? The origin of the racketeering charge are things like a "protection racket" where the mob uses coercion to exort money. That's where the coercion part in racketeering comes from. Now, the prosecution can argue that Ventura was coerced, sure. But what profit did Combs collect from the freak offs? Did they affect interstate commerce? Freak offs are NOT a racketeering activity. These are clearly trumped up charges as far as racketeering goes. Nevertheless Combs may still be convicted for them, because he may well be done for "arson" because he burned Kid Cudi's car, due to Ventura's infidelity. Combs also distributed narcotics to people, apparently. If you look at the indictment, which is here: https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/media/1368556/dl the criminal enterprises the prosecution alleges are "sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice." But in reality Combs did not do any of these as a criminal enterprise to collect money. Combs was not a pimp who offered prostitutes to clients. There were no paying customers .At all. So there was no sex trafficking,. Forced labor may refer to that singer who claims she was not paid properly and locked up and assaulted.. Interstate transportation, yes that will stick obviously. The narcotics offenses may stick, again not because Diddy was a drug dealer, but because he distributed narcotics freely to participants in the freak offs. The arson thing, again it may stick because of the Kid Cudi car burning. Kidnapping is a joke. But you can clearly see these are not criminal enterprises where Combs derived a profit. Quite the opposite. It all cost him money. Nevertheless, he will be put away for a long time. I suspect more than 10 years. Why he did not take the plea deal, only he will know.

UN Aviation Body Holds Russia Responsible for MH17 Tragedy

It's just plain wrong. Russia does not control many of these pro-Russian militias. That's why the Minsk accords failed as well, the pro-Russian forces in Ukraine could not be persuaded to adhere to what Russia agreed. Russia does not control these groups. -
He was offered a plea deal. I have no idea why he decided to go to trial. He has no chance. He is completely cooked. Even though it's no a domestic violence trial, the prosecution kept showing the hotel video and bringing it up. Nobody could possibly like him, after seeing that video and decide dispassionately on the case. His main star witness is a heavily pregnant woman. Whom he beat. Who testified he liked to urinate in her mouth together with male prostitutes. All this will completely obscure the fact that he did not engage in trafficking, kidnapping or anything of the sort. The government wants to paint his company as a criminal enterprise with the purpose of trafficking men and women. It's completely ludicrous. He faces 50 civil lawsuits in addition to this criminal trial. But rackerteering? You have got to be joking. That was meant for mafia business. How can they claim he had a business that engaged in trafficking and forced labour? What was the business? Watching his gf get banged by prostitutes? It's ludicrous. It really is.

Oh I forgot one thing. Remember that oil company that formed the foundation for Abramovich's wealth? He obtained it in a rigged auction and admitted to paying billions in bribes. The Chelsea owner made billions after buying an oil company from the Russian government in a rigged auction in 1995. Mr Abramovich paid around $250m (£190m) for Sibneft, before selling it back to the Russian government for $13bn in 2005. The Russian billionaire has already admitted in a UK court that he made corrupt payments to help get the Sibneft deal off the ground. He was being sued in London by his former business associate Boris Berezovsky in 2012. Mr Abramovich won the case, but he described in court how the original Sibneft auction was rigged in his favour and how he gave Mr Berezovsky $10m to pay off a Kremlin official. The document says that the Russian government was cheated out of $2.7bn in the Sibneft deal - a claim supported by a 1997 Russian parliamentary investigation. The document also says that the Russian authorities wanted to charge Mr Abramovich with fraud. It says: "The Dept. of Economic Crimes investigators came to the conclusion that if Abramovich could be brought to trial he would have faced accusations of fraud… by an organised criminal group." Mr Skuratov told the programme: "Basically, it was a fraudulent scheme, where those who took part in the privatisation formed one criminal group that allowed Abramovich and Berezovsky to trick the government and not pay the money that this company was really worth." The document also suggests Mr Abramovich was protected by former Russian President Boris Yeltsin. It says law enforcement files on Mr Abramovich were moved to the Kremlin and that an investigation by Mr Skuratov was stopped by the president. The document says: "Skuratov was preparing a criminal case for the confiscation of Sibneft on the basis of the investigation of its privatisation. The investigation was stopped by President Yeltsin … Skuratov was dismissed from his office." Mr Abramovich remained in the Kremlin inner circle when Vladimir Putin came to power in 2000. The document contains details of another rigged auction two years later, involving a Russian oil company called Slavneft. Mr Abramovich formed a partnership with another firm to buy Slavneft, but a rival Chinese company was planning to bid almost twice as much. Many powerful people - from the Kremlin to the Russian parliament - would have stood to lose out if the Chinese won the auction. The document says that a member of the Chinese delegation was kidnapped when they arrived in Moscow for the auction. "CNPC, Chinese company, a very strong competitor, had to withdraw from the auction after one of its representatives was kidnapped upon arrival at Moscow Airport and was released only after the company declared its withdrawal." https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-60736185 In short, there can be absolutely no doubt Abramovich is a criminal. -

She wasn't that kind of masseuse. She worked at the Westin. This young Jamaican girl did not offer any special services. Trust me, if she did I would have known. She licked nobody's feet, she was just angered by unreasonable demands made by her Jewish New York clients. She told me they were the worst. -

Sure. Apart from the small scale initial crimes as he was starting out such ase these: ""In 1992, Roman Abramovich was arrested and briefly imprisoned on charges of theft of government property. The case centered on the alleged theft of a trainload-specifically, 55 tankers-of diesel fuel from the Ukhta Oil Refinery. According to multiple investigative reports, Abramovich used forged documents to intercept the train in Moscow and redirect the shipment to a military base, where the diesel was then sold off. The value of the stolen fuel was estimated at 3.8 million rubles. Despite the seriousness of the charges, Abramovich was not ultimately prosecuted." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Abramovich Abramovich also committed a number of more substantial crimes after he managed to acquire his oil conglomerate. In Russia's wild east there was a particularly vicious criminal war, now known as the "Russian aluminium war". A considerable number of prior managers, accountants, lawyers and such were murdered. The person in charge of the main aluminium factory at the time testifies in that video how there were 5 attempts made to kill him. A company owned by Abramovich and Deripaska wanted him to sell his interests in the aluminium factory. Only when it was sold to Deripaska and Abramovich did the killings miraculously stop. Then there's the Runicom SA saga. After the fall of the USSR western European countries like Britain chipped in and f inanced the European Bank. This bank made loans to Russian companies. One of the Russian companies gave another loan as security, from Runicom S.A., a company controlled by Abramovich which sold Sibneft oil. One day miraculously all the assets of Runicom SA disappeared and were transferred to a Gibraltar company. Some money was used to finance 12000 USD in beauty treatments for Abramovich's wife. The European bank sued in Russia and won. But by that time Runicom SA's assets had all disappeared. Abramovich secured his money, at the expense of the British taxpayer who finances the European Bank. Abramovich was also close to Yeltsin and Putin. Putin sent Abramovich to Berezovsky, another jewish criminal oligarch residing in Britain at the time and they made Berezovsky an offer he couldn't refuse. He sold shares in a TV company to Abramovich at 20% of the actual price. Abramovich then passed on the interests to nominees of Putin. And on and on it goes. It is really quite remarkable how such a small, inter-connected clique of Jewish "entrepreneurs" managed to secure the wealth of the Russian people. Quite amazing and a fascinating read. https://www.theguardian.com/business/2008/apr/13/mining.russia1 -

I'm glad you asked. As you may, or may not recall after the USSR ended Russia was in a particularly vulnerable and difficult economic position. They had no experience of a free market economy. What happened is that the strangest people almost overnight became fabulously wealthy, because they managed by various methods to obtain the shares in new companies, and thus to claim ownership of gigantic state companies. In essence they played the system against people who had no idea how to play the system, the Russians. Abramovich is a particularly interesting case though. He started out as a street vendor. I kid you not. Then as a mechanic. Eventually he and his wife set up a company to make dolls, I think ruber ducks if I remenber correctly. Anyway, almost overnight Abramovich ended up with ownership of oil conglomerates, timber companies, pig farms, sugar manufacturers, and many others. The wonders of privatisation Russian style. There can be absolutely no doubt that Abramovich is a criminal. "In 1992, Roman Abramovich was arrested and briefly imprisoned on charges of theft of government property. It has been a while since I read that book on Russian oligarchs, but here is an article about those 40 Jewish Russian oligarchs in Israel. "Alex Kogan, a journalist who has covered the Russian oligarch phenomenon in Israel for the local Russian-language press, said that 30 to 40 tycoons have taken Israeli citizenship or residency, with most staying only part time or temporarily because of scrutiny over their affairs. He said the oligarchs – businessmen who accumulated massive wealth in the privatisation process which followed the collapse of the Soviet Union – were motivated by various interests." https://www.sajr.co.za/abramovich-joins-more-than-30-russian-jewish-tycoons-in-israel/ I did not claim that Jews like to have their feet licked. I told you about a black Jamaican masseuse who told me this, who did not literally mean that but that the people in question were extremely demanding. That is a real event, not hearsay. It actually happened.
