I'm specifically talking about offroad only motorcycles, or what is basically a Dirt Bike, are they legally allowed on the road? Does Thailand allow them to be registered, or would they not be able to register it on the roads? The ones with no lights, no blinkers, etc.

Not that I think they would enforce any laws/rules here anyway, but I see a lot of off-road only motorcycles here, are they legal on Thai roads? Can you even register one? Because I see them all the time here with no license plates on them.

No such thing exists, there is zero enforcement, and I doubt any Thai even remotely knows the first thing about "safety regulations" on the road.

I'm guessing close to, or over, 200 kph. That's a pretty straight and wide section of road, I would say he made some type of abrupt lane change to send the vehicle into a spin, then hit the pole sideways, thus ripping it in half.

To even defend the insane drivers here in Thailand is to be ill-informed, and dangerous to express to others that it isn't. But keep preaching how safe it is to bike here in the land of "me first" lunatics, or whatever floats your boat.

That would suck, I believe the place I rented on Anahola beach is no longer in business either, but it was a dream come true for me. I spent one night in Honolulu (not a big fan), I wouldn't have but I had to visit an old work companion before taking a short onward flight to Kauai. The Island of Kauai was like vacationing in a small town, also rented a Jeep Wrangler for the occasion, just everything I could've asked for, my type of laidback living style. Even flew around the Island and into the old Volcano while riding shotgun in a helicopter. I love the people (locals) I met on that Island, and I'm jealous of the life they get to enjoy. Now living here in Metropolitan Bangkok, which is like living in Hell on Earth, at least for someone like me.

Yeah, I hate people, especially large amounts of them crammed into one place. I went out of my way to rent a beach-side surfer shack (20ft from the water) on the Island of Kauai back in 2009, the whole beach pretty much to myself for 2 weeks, I even left my computer at home, and only turned the flip phone on to call family and tell them I landed safely. Best vacation I ever had, now I am living in one of the most congested cities on Earth, this is Hell.

In Thailand, might makes right. So, unless he is willing to take up arms against the ruling Elite, he might as well throw in the towel.

If nothing else, the RTP should focus on wrong-way drivers, huge fines and automatic towing and impounding of vehicles for 30-90 days.

I could put up daily videos that would shock people, I'm not talking about a few bad apples in a week/month, and this in my short daily 3km drive to my daughters school. To me it's just pure insanity, made even worse by how dangerous the drivers are near the school.

Then why have laws? Maybe what they should do is charge all these lawbreakers with the 112 law, since these laws and rules they are deliberately disobeying are signed by their King for the benefit of his subjects.

I just follow all laws and rules, and have my dashcams front and back to deal with ignorant Thai drivers who think they are in the right. I just wish I could turn my videos in to some Thai authority who could put a stop to the nitwits out there. I should make a youtube channel demonstrating the idiocy of Thai drivers and make a fortune, every day is full of multiple suicidal or dangerous driving habits.

What they really need is actual road tests, incorporating multiple disciplines, but we know if they did nobody in Thailand would ever pass.

Because you know that you are one of the lowest on the pecking order, somewhere between Soi Dogs and Pedestrians, which means your life means nothing to the average Thai driver, you are nothing more than an impediment.
