I'd just bring my family back home to rural USA where I loved my life, where its safe, clean, and beautiful. I've seen nothing in Thailand that would make me want to live here more than anywhere else, my list of negatives for Thailand is a mile long.
I would be more surprised if their wasn't any fraud, this is the land of scams, frauds, corruption, greed, selfishness. All the vices are represented here...
Appeals should be heard only in cases where there is doubt or circumstantial evidence, anyone caught in the act of murder and convicted, should be executed within the month.
It's not only countries, I ran into the same issue with the state of Massachusetts (USA) when working remotely as a digital nomad with a home address in Massachusetts.
One of my biggest pet peeves about the education here, they are almost always celebrating something or taking multiple days off for the ridiculous amount of holidays here.....Drives me nuts! I asked my wife how the kids can get an education when they seem to be constantly on holiday or celebrating here, it never ends.
My daughter drives the teachers nuts, she is only 8 years old but questions them tirelessly, especially when she knows something is wrong......the stories she tells me about some conversations cracks me up....LOL
Which is why owning rental property in the US scares me, I sold my house when I went back in April, sick of the costs and headaches. May buy again in the future, but for now I'll just stay on the sidelines.
