  1. European nations keep interfering and stirring up trouble. Govt should monitor these posts and boot out all those out critical of the Thais and their govt, the critics will soon change their tune.
  2. Try another beer from the options and maybe more exercise to burn those calories.
  3. No miracle, it is just a simple money transfer. Sometime they transfer quick, sometimes they do not. I think wise people are busy all over the world so must make time for your transfer in their queue.
  4. Yesterday arrived back in Bangkok from abroad with my visa extension (valid to end Sept 2024) and reentry permit. Young immmig officer checks my passport pages and asks me how long I want to stay. I told her up to the end validity on my visa extension (as they always did) so that's what she put on the entry stamp. Immig seemed more friendly than usual.
  5. Don't believe 95%. See in 10 years.Like Musk said about 10 years ago that humans would travel to mars, still nowhere near that objective. AI will;l not do engineering and construction, physical and manual jiobs, farming preparing and making growing food, manufacturing installing and maintaining robotics and mechanical/electrical machinery, mining an extraction of minerals etc.,.,.,. Maybe to some extent financial and service jobs., but humans will still be required to intervene.
  6. Biden never. Pelosi, Trump and Kamala Harris side by side, yes.
  7. Could be any of a number of issues (dry eyes, allergy, blocked/infected tear ducts...?) 8. How special, beautiful and friendly Thailand and its people are until one reads the comments of the exceptional jaded expats living here always critical of everything the Thais do an how they think that everything is better in their home countries. So, why aren't they living there.
  9. Maybe they are hanging onto your tranfer a little longer and trying to make up some of their foreign exchange losses due to the recent turmoil in the markets.
  10. Mellow, thats a laugh while quoting rage and inhuman punishment. Maybe one needs therapy to deal with hidden suppressed feelings.
  11. He was caught in the act red handed. ''None of the media mentioning the case reveals any details of the “serious crime” the Swede is accused of. Norran.se does, however, mention that according to the Thai police, the Swede was caught in the act “red handed”.''
  12. Never. Sick to think that some condone extrajudicial punishment by this policemans behaviour. The judicial system and courts are there to maintain law and order and mete out punishment fitting the crime. From AP ''UK police officer suspended after video appears to show a man being kicked in head''
  13. Maybe both if one does read fully the comment. My apologies. Note to self, must read the full post.
  14. So you condone the criminal behaviour of the police acting like thugs. I think a prosecutor and a court should decide if the policemans antics were lawful. Taking a punt on someones head and then stomping on the head is not lawful behaviour of a state actor.
  15. Does not matter what came before. The conduct of the policeman carrying out his duties is criminal and he is rightly being investigated.
  16. Driving license accepted as a right to residency? Shows how little these finance people know.
  17. What this RD lady says is correct. It is in the law and revenue code. By someone else saying it is not required does not override the law nor code and is not an excuse even if the info is coveyed by an RD officer, the tax payer will be liable to follow the law and code as it is written.
  18. Agree. Even Sukhumvit is becoming a nightmare again and many of the vehicles have only 1 person driving.
  19. From the usual sources. Tunneling World quotes: "Mr. Surachet also added that EXAT is in good financial health and is contemplating investing in the project itself, and continued that the agency may consider allocating bonds to increase money to finance the construction."

  21. TP link, MR100, MR200, MR400 and MR600 series sim routers can all handle the network providers and frequencies in Thailand. Tenda 4G06 and the dlink sim routers are also available. TL-MR100 sim router
  22. Whatever excuse you are trying to make and justify, it was reported as rape which the authorities seem not to have dealt with properly yet in accordance with the law, not some prison policy and procedure.
