    Ok, see you in ten years. But you might be lucky. I base my caution on what EV manufacturers offer in terms of warranty, etc.. And most car batteries will be submitted to less deep depletions than domestic off line storage. Also do we know anyone who used these super duper lifepo4 batteries for more than 5 years? Do we know which supplier is reliable?

    Have you tried to calculate the cost of production and storage per KWh and compared the result to the PEA Unit price? For instance if the battery has a life expectancy of 10 years and costs 300000 Baht the storage would cost 300000/ (20KHh x 3652.5 deep cycles). That's about 4.1 Baht for storage only. AFAIC this leads me to an on grid setup just large enough to keep the house nicely cool at day time .

    It is in effect since January 1, 2024. Any income earned from this date, must be declared if remitted to Thailand, whether remitted in the year of earning or not. The part in bold being the only change.

    That's nonsense, first it all depends on DTAs, which differ from country to country. And many people have income that, pensions in most cases, that hasn't been taxed but will be by TRD. Therefore many good customers of the hospitality industry will just leave the country obviously.

    So you've never heard about Income tax? There have been about 20000 post about the TRD foreign money grab. Which can cost anyone on an average income from 500k to 800k.

    Time to get a yearly subscription on Thai Friendly. They seem unaware that 80% of Thailand's attraction are these "sexual services". 15% for the beaches, 3% for the [street] food and 2% the temples.

    When hart rate gets low, a long (>30s) ECG can reveal PVCs. Last year I had Bigeminy, one PVC after every beat and my pulse showed 30. Which was alarming as I am not running 30k a day.
