OP, what part of your LAN requires that Cat 8 connection? I have a fairly decent, two levels, 200 Sqm home. And there are only 2 connections I will cable with Cat 8 cable: a) the connection between the ISP access point and my first mesh ASUS Wifi mesh router, b) the backhaul between the two ASUS Wifi routers. Everything else with the exception of one fickle printer runs happily over Wifi. About 50 devices rights now. I don't manage my LAN through ISP provided hardware. Also what length of cable will you need? A 100 meter reel might be a waste and not so cheap either while a 20 metres patch cable from Ugreen will cost you THB 700. You may get one connecter replaced or reel any extra length in a connection box or any hidden space. That's what I am doing anyway.
