Those well placed to take advantage of the new policies will have negotiated increased budget allocations which if eventually revealed will be excused as a necessary transition cost. There is the conundrum in the issue. As a significant factor in the economy of Thailand and neighboring countries agricultural product and the food component such as rice are of extreme importance as exports and a staple of diet.
