I'm not qualified to be president. But neither is Trump. If by some magic I found myself president, I would appoint the most amazingly competent experts possible for my cabinet and staff as opposed to moronic incompetent loyalists. I would probably even hire a "shadow president" to propose final decisions to me which of course only I would have the power to listen to or not.
