This isn't a new observation but there is obviously an element of Jew hatred in the way Trump treats Zelinsky. Decent American presidents don't wildly exaggerate (LIE) the actual amount of funding, fail to acknowledge how much of it actually was spent in America, and lie about the nature of European aid claiming they were loans, not grants. Decent American presidents don't try to pressure victims of aggressors to pay reparations to America, and not asking the aggressor nation to pay one ruple of reparations. Trump in a very short term has brought the international reputation of the U.S. as low as it's ever been and the damage is probably permanent. If he's not an FSB agent, he may as well be, because he's be the best one in Russian history.
