Oh one thing I've been weak on is getting enough fermented foods. Had some kefir yesterday and realized that. Time to stock up on kimchi I suppose. Even though I'm OK with the flavor of Norwegian sardines though I'll never love them, it has been a bit of a challenge to get enough fatty fish (sardines, mackerel, salmon). I don't think canned tuna is a very good source. I do eat walnuts daily but still need fish. I still don't trust Omega 3 supplements and my understanding is that this is among the most important things to get right for almost everybody.

Had the idea to combine it with creatine during dinner (taken in water). So far feels promising. I eat unsweetened live culture plain yogurt often. I know Greek yogurt is better though. I could get similar from fresh ginger but the powder is more convenient. With turmeric if I eat a meal with it, I skip the pill. A new morning routine. There is a related issue that I want to mention. My photos from the Kodak Jomtien looked fine and as said were approved by the embassy. HOWEVER, when I got the new passport the photo was very whitewashed. It shocked me actually. I searched online and found on reddit and that this has happened to other U.S. passport holders though I can't know how often. I didn't have time before my next extension to even think of asking them to do it again which I understand is free if there is a mistake on the passport (that they made). I don't know if the embassy department or the embassy would agree it was a mistake though. Anyway so far I have only used the passport at immigration and at local banks. It was accepted. However, it wouldn't shock me if it would be challenged when travelling. Again the photo itself was NOT whitewashed. So that happened with the printing. I'm white yeah but not albino.

They had a great market. I'm curious to know how many years they were serving. I think at least ten years and maybe much more. Does anyone know? I do know a little background on what probably led to this sad outcome. They had been for all these years operating as a delivery restaurant connected to Tigglebitties. However, in recent months for reasons I don't know. Tigglebitties separated from them. They had to open in a new location, set up a new kitchen, and probably had staffing issues related to the big change as well. I reckon the closing wasn't about not having a market, they clearly had a market, but rather some kind of business structure related issues.

RIP -- hotmeals2u,com and best of luck to the owners and staff from there. Well loved by mostly North American local expats, hotmeals2u,com has served comforting and reasonably priced American and Americanized Mexican favorites as a delivery only restaurant for many years. But sadly that's over now. First clue was their ordering website stopped taking orders all this week, and the software behind that noted that the restaurant had been removed. Then a search confirmed the worst (on Facebook) -- Perhaps people want to share their memories about exeriences with this service, their favorite dishes, etc.
