You might be an isolationist and not interested in war with Russia (can't really blame you) but sadly Russia is interested in being at war with you (except if you're allied with the autocratic axis in which case you're on Russia's side).

Nullying a sentence wouldn't make any difference. He could undo being a convicted felon status by a successful appeal of the actual felonies he has already been found guilty of. But he'd still be a convicted felon until that may ever happen, even if many years later.

In any case all that needs to happen is any sentencing phase regardless of the sentence to trigger the convicted felon status. So if he wins he will be inaugurated as the first convicted felon president.

I was corrected on this. In New York he has indeed been found guilty of felonies but will not technically be a convicted felon until the sentencing phase. Weird but true. The sentence could be a slap with a wet noodle though. So the sentencing phase is scheduled in November so win or lose he will soon be a convicted felon.

Politically speaking Maher makes good points and the views of the great rajin Cajun James Carville are similar. I love that he criticizes the left but is always clear the right is much worse.
