What da flippin heck will be built on that cleared Jomtien land?
Based on the (massive) size of the clearing and credible info that the specific location is at least tentatively planned to be the Jomtien Monorail station (obviously at the front Tappraya Road side) such a combined use project would make perfect sense. But at this point, unless a real insider steps forward, we really don't know anything even close to definitive.

Can someone provide photographic evidence of that?

What da flippin heck will be built on that cleared Jomtien land?
Perhaps, but that doesn't explain why this SPECIFIC massive plot of very prime location land was cleared.

Ukraine is winning the war
For many with the Russian victory is inevitable ideology, new conflicting evidence is just noise.

Ukraine is winning the war
It's idiocy to be irrationally married to the belief that Russian.victory is inevitable. It's also idiocy to believe it's impossible. I am strongly and openly biased towards Ukraine's brave struggle to remain a sovereign nation against genocidal dictator Putin. But I cant know (as some like Jake Broe say they can) if they will ultimately prevail in advance.

Ukraine is winning the war
I'm calling yet ANOTHER momentum shift. Originally when this topic started, Ukraine had the winning momentum. Then I called a momentum shift towards Russia. Now I'm calling another one back to Ukraine. Why? Russian economy deteriorating more rapidly. Ukraine continue to shock and awe with surptising and ingenuous hits on military targets in Russia. Putin is finding it impossible to take the rest of Donbass and has wasted hundreds of thousands of Russian lives (that he doesn't care about) trying Ukrainians still have their resolve not to become slaves of Russia. Trump's disgusting traitorous efforts to side with Putin and force Ukraine to surrender appear to be fizzling. The vast majority of the American people and legislators other than at the presidential continue to support Ukraine against Russia. Prices for Russian oil now in the toilet. Last, and probably most important. Europe did not cave! A funding scheme that has the potential to fund Ukraine's defense efforts for 5 to 8 years. Russia might not have 5 to 8 months to afford contunuing. No I am not predicting that Ukraine will "win" however that is defined or has much chance to take back already stolen lands, bjt this is momentum shift towards Ukraine is very clear and very real. Kremlin bots and propagandists, useful maga fascists idiots for Putin, and mindless true believers in narrow minded dogmatic Mearsheimer -- eat my shorts.

New Construction on Thephrayaa Rd.
The other one is better. Introduced with robust background info, a snappy headline, a picture, and placed in the correct forum. In any case, we don't need two.

OK -- you're right about that. Yet the linked one in the Pattaya forum (where it should be) has three pages of responses compared to this one that fizzled out.

Poll: How well do Pattaya restaurants satisfy your food desires?
There is no way that all of the Thai food in NYC sucks. Expensive? Of course. Pattaya is more like Miami than NYC. Which reminds me. No Cuban restaurants here. Pattaya: Thailand's Miami - A Popular Tourist Destination and Residential Hub for Foreigners Pattaya, a special area for sustainable tourism in Chonburi province, is a popular tourist destination for visitors from around the world, often likened to Miami in Thailand. It is recognized as an Excitement Tourism Destination, known for its vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches, easily accessible just 140 km or a 90-minute drive from Bangkok, contributing to its continuous growth. Poll: How well do Pattaya restaurants satisfy your food desires?
Do you actually live here?!? Should people in NYC only eat deli food? Most people that live in Thailand would never even ask such a silly question. I do think that short term TOURISTS should eat mostly Thai food in Thailand though.

IRS tax -- requirement to file when income is Social Security?
The included link is about requirement thresholds to PAY tax rather than the requirement to file when you have social security income. As most U.S. taxpayers know, not everyone is required to file. Although there are other relevant rules, to keep this simple, basically those under a certain income threshold are not even required to file at all. Technically you're doing the government (as if you care) a favor by not filing when you don't need to. On the other hand, some might argue that it's in your best interest to file even if not required. So this topic is about if your income is completely or mostly social security. Let's say completely to simplify the question. So if your total SS income is above the filing requirement threshold but half of your SS income is below it, are you required to file or not? Why half? Here's why from the link: Are Social Security benefits taxable? IRS rules explained

How the heck to get enough leafy greens (in Thailand)?
Yeah I agree three times a day is over the top. I think they do mean three small portions though. I guess salads are a possibility. I'll need to have a closer look at what's sold in markets here. A simple side salad dressed with health enhancing EVOO and wine vinegar sounds doable at least sometimes.

How the heck to get enough leafy greens (in Thailand)?
Well morning glory is called water spinach and I suppose other kinds of spinach are available here. A quick googly-goo tells me eating such things raw is not good for nutrient absorption and is associated with digestive problems. But perhaps suggesting another idea. Lightly cooking and snacking on the leaves cold as snacks. More appealing than the mush I suppose. Something I can experiment with unless someone has more specific advice.

He isn't an immigrant. Do you think if he was an immigrant he would have ever run for president?

That's funny thing about delivery food. The "ambiance" is limited to how cute the drivers are. I'm all about the food regardless, eating out or delivering in.

How the heck to get enough leafy greens (in Thailand)?
There are some nutritional guidelines that I believe are well supported by science. Getting enough Omega 3's preferably from fatty fish is one of them. I've got that one well sorted. But I'm having an issue with the well supported recommendation to eat leafy greens daily, preferably three times a day. That simply does not fit at all well with the my eating style. It doesn't fit into my breakfast routine which otherwise I'm very happy with. I don't drink smoothies and I don't want to have to constantly make smoothies and add the calories from that as they've got more than just the greens. I only rarely cook omelets and sometimes cook pasta and add veg like brocolli or asparagus so I guess in those cases I could use spinach instead. But again, not very often. Rarely I will get some leafy greens in a western restaurant meal, like in a salad or side spinach. I do eat broccoli very often which is very good but not a leafy green. Thai food is the easiest way for me to get it but I don't eat Thai food daily. Maybe one meal every three days. With that sometimes the greens are already added to a noodle dish but not very much or I can order a side of stir fried morning glory which is excellent and is one of my favorites. But that's not daily, and certainly not three times a day. I do have only one idea which I might try, but otherwise I'm really at a loss. with this. Here is my one idea. Order three orders of stir fried morning glory (not spicy to keep it simple and mixing with any other meal) from a Thai restaurant that does it well and cheapy. Stick in fridge. Warm up a half order six times a week with other food. It wouldn't meet the ideal level but much more than I'm doing now. Would the already cooked greens still have nutritional value sitting in the fridge for a week Any other ideas? Please don't say make smoothies because that's not gonna happen. OK, just had another more spartan idea. Buy my own greens, boil them lightly, smash them up in a food processor, and just hold my nose and dose the mush like medicine. Cheaper and as no oil healthier. Doesn't sound very appealing though.
