Russia Accuses Ukraine of Drone Strike on Putin's Residence
False flag. A Putin specialty. This for an audience of one. The reality tv star U.S. president. This way as Putin wasn't going to budge at all on his negotiating position, he is persuading Trump to blame Zelinsky for the farcical "peace process" to break down, not him. Not a very hard task as Trump loves Putin and detests Zelinsky.

Online 90 day report after change of passport - Jomtien
By asking one member if their passport number changed as part of trying to figure out if that might be the reason his experience was very different than the usual, I was in no way entering into a debate to try to prove that there is any nation in the world that keeps passport numbers static. That's a straw man game. As I said I recall reading of such a case. That's all. I'm not invested even one watery poop in trying to prove that there is any country that doesn't change the number. Cheers.

Zelenskyy and Trump Move Toward Historic Ukraine Security Deal
Dream on!

Zelenskyy and Trump Move Toward Historic Ukraine Security Deal
He should give up partnering with Putin to try to force Ukraine to surrender, yes. That's what he's been doing and it is DISGUSTING.

Zelenskyy and Trump Move Toward Historic Ukraine Security Deal
Putin hasn't agreed to any of this!

Online 90 day report after change of passport - Jomtien
I recall reading of at least one such a case. Just checked on AI seach which said MOST countries do change it. I can't answer which (if any) don't, but the word most does not mean ALL. It's academic really. The reason I asked you is that if your nation didn't change the number, that would explain your different experience with TM30/address report with new passport. But now we know that wasn't the reason.

I think it depends on the nationality which is why I asked.

Online 90 day report after change of passport - Jomtien
Yes that was communicated to me very clearly (at both the TM30 desk and address report desk). My need for my first address report with new passport was not at the same time as my stamp transfer, so that's not related at all, (Immigration desk when doing the stamp transfers is not at all interested in TM30's or address report receipts.)

Did your new passport have the same number as the old one? I don't know your nationality, so that's why I'm asking (again).

You got off easy! I was told to expect a call for a police visit to take a photo at my condo. Which they actually did (at the front and in the lobby). Smile for the camera!

Online 90 day report after change of passport - Jomtien
Yes, please do. But based on another post about the Bangkok office, apparently the real acid test of "final" success in continuing with online reporting may actually be the SECOND online report after the in person report with the new passport (assuming you're approved as I was for the first).

Trump says Russia wants Ukraine to Succeed!
All lies.

Trump says Russia wants Ukraine to Succeed!
Very true. Arguably Ukraine would be better off if Trump abandoned "peace" efforts for Putin against Ukraine IF he allowed continued arms sales and intelligence sharing.

Trump says Russia wants Ukraine to Succeed!
Putin (garbage) in. Trump (garbage) out. Truly nauseating for all DECENT Americans. That obviously excludes maga fascists that support Putin. Keep in mind the vast majority of Americans support helping Ukraine against the attacks by genocidal dictator Putin. But you wouldn't know that watching Trump.

Online 90 day report after change of passport - Jomtien
Thanks for that report. In my case (Jomtien), as stated before, I needed to do the first 90 day report after getting a new passport with new number in person, and also needed to get a new TM30 with new passport number because the address report desk required that to process the first report. There I was told that clearly I can't resume doing online address reports until exiting and reentering Thailand. But I tried anyway, and was approved for my first online report after the first in person report with the new passport. But based on what you're saying, I'm at risk of my NEXT online report being rejected. Oh, what fun. A question that I have about this is that if your country doesn't change your passport number when you get a new passport, are there any such issues as we've been talking about when your new passport has a new number?

First 90 day report
Generally there is no connection whatsoever between the extension date and the timing of 90 day address reporting. HOWEVER, I do recall reports that some offices may be forcing a connection. For most people I would presume no connection unless you're informed by your office differently.

What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2025)
Out of the Furnace Pennsylvania rust belt small town noir focusing on the relationship between two brothers. Compared to the Deer Hunter. Great actors, great acting. You probably missed this in 2013.

Online 90 day report after change of passport - Jomtien
Yes it was a bunch of baloney. I'm glad I didn't just take their word for what they told me. That's why I posted about my experience so that others in the same situation who have been doing it online at least try to continue with that. However, the FIRST address report with the new passport does need to be done in person.

What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2025)
Finished watching Season 3 of BIG BOYS which is obviously the finale. It really got kind of heavy. I don't think nearly as funny as the first two seasons although there were some funny implied political commentaries. But I appreciate that it gave closure on the characters especially the two male leads using an inventive construct of two different possible endings.

Too bad you couldn't tell the difference between new address and new address report. If I had meant to say that I had a new address I would have said so. My advice on my experience in this context was obviously GENERAL to a new passport. IF I had changed my address at the same time, my experience wouldn't have general meaning as that would be rare. Also you added a BOLD emphasis that I did not write that distorts the meaning of what I wrote. I don't appreciate that kind of game playing when trying to be helpful. Question: did your new passport hsve a new passport numbet? In my case with a new passport number the 90 day address REPORT desk told me they would need a copy of my new TM30 with the new passport numbet to process my first 90 day address report with the new passport. Again Not new address Rather new address report. The topic is about ADDRESS REPORTS. Every 90 days that we are in Thailand we are required to do a new address report.

Trump Warns Zelensky: Nothing Moves Without My Approval First
The front lines situation in Ukraine is part of the war, not the entire war. Russia has made very slow progress in stealing more land in the last few years but at the cost of an additional hundreds of thousands of lives. If you want to say that is "winning" on that part of the war -- FINE.

Online 90 day report after change of passport - Jomtien
NO! I did not. I never said that I did. The ONLY thing that changed was the passport which does have a NEW NUMBER. The retirement desk when doing the stamp transfer is not interested in your TM30 or address report. In fact, I recommend removing them for that process. The issue here is about 90 day reports! The FIRST one (when it is due) that you do with the new passport MUST be done in person. As you've got a new passport number (not address) you MUST first get a NEW TM30 associated with you new passport number because you need that new TM30 to apply for the first 90 day address report. Again, the first one -- in person required. After that my experience shows that you can resume with online reports even if the people at the desk say you can't. So you should at least try.

Online 90 day report after change of passport - Jomtien
In my case at Jomtien I was REQUIRED to get a new TM30 after the passport stamp transfer was done (not for the stamp transfer but for the new address report) and also it is REQUIRED to have a current valid in this case NEW TM30 to do the FIRST 90 day address report in person.
