That's a very one side view of the war. No mention of the massive meat grinder price Russia is paying (not that Putin cares) for every slow inch of land gained. No mention of the incredible success Ukraine has had with military tech and destroying Russia's energy infrastructure. If the Ukrainians want to surrender, that's their choice.
