Decent American presidents don't try to pressure victims of aggressors to pay reparations to America, and not asking the aggressor nation to pay one ruple of reparations. Trump in a very short term has brought the international reputation of the U.S. as low as it's ever been and the damage is probably permanent. As far as programming at the Kennedy center, this was recent, so there was a lot of legacy programming already set up before the maga fascist takeover. Many acts have cancelled themselves in protest of government control of artistic content. I'm sure by next year if the center is still even running, you'll see a much more dramatically noticeable maga whitewashing, straightwashing, erasing real history, etc.

As far as cancelling drag shows at the previously revered Kennedy Center (America's premier performing arts institution) you can be sure that all of the programming is going to skew towards the maga (straight) white nationalist cultural angle.
