I'm not thrilled with their offering. No secondary market, very limited diversification. Nobody with only £75k should be anywhere near this. In the past i used, i think 4, P2P providers, non of it commercial property: 1 got sold, the other 3 wound down and stopped taking new money. Had about £300k at one point. I still have tiddly bits in lending works and funding circle that are on natural run off's because cannot sell loans.

Age 57 and writing such nonsense. Frankly embarrassing. If you were 17 you would be forgiven and it woukd be down to immaturity. -

Why don't you sell everything and buy then? Instead of predicting the future for other people's benefit. -

There's already a bitcoin etf via proshares. Been out for nearly 5 years. Obviously its lost about 60% since inception. Expensive to own: 1% AMC? Whats different about blackrock? Possibly just the name recognition. We know crypto can move on a Musk tweet. Whales about to suck in the retail numpties. There is no risk to blackrock. They get paid anyway! -

555 you mean thats why they build super computers to do it, because they don't have the manpower. In UK there is a £ threshold whereby if it doesn’t produce that level, they won't even investigate. -
Govt pension is when you worked for the govt: LGPS is the name of their scheme. State pension is accumulated via national insurance contributions.

Good for getting some profit, but sounds like bits of play money really. Ok if you're a youngster. Crypto is joke to me and gold is for hedging. Both produce no dividends to reinvest too. Why do i need a hedge when i will invest for +30 yrs, never sell but will only sustainably drawdown. Topped up a global tracker on friday.
