  1. Now.. I keep a clipboard with releases and pen.. and my assistant has it with her at all times and routinely gets releases when I point out I want one. And virtually 100% gladly sign them when you're not offering money. Next time I want to beneift my subjects I'll collect addresses and mail them prints..

and maybe some funds as well as you are making some funds out of them? thumbsup.gif

Me, only landscape photos for sale so no need for a "Photographic Model Release Forms" then. coffee1.gif

  2. From the original, I felt that the background distracted from the message and soul of the photo.

    That is much better David48.

As for "rule of thirds", sorry, to me, it is old old hat.

(The rule of thirds was first written down[5] by John Thomas Smith in 1797.)

Why? As most are either right-wing or left- wing to me, I like me photos in the middle, like yours David48. thumbsup.gif

  3. but someone has made sure there are no 7-11s anywhere near the vicinity of the bridge,

But there is a shop which I go to opposide the Police Box. Have a look at in there. Same or better prices than 7/11. Last shop going up and away from the Famous Bridge over the River Khwae (Kwai).

If you go on the train run, this is very good value and I would recommend it, but if you get off the train at any of the stations and wait for it to return on the way back, the vendors for buying cold drinks etc, are much worse. ex,for a small ice lolly which normally costs 7 Baht. one vendor wanted 30Baht.

Why is that then "possum1931" ?

I know, but you have no clue do you............ It is called transportation and the cooling system so far away from this town? to any very small station other than.........

As far as I know and I live in Kan, for sure there are some folks in an area which I will not mention at one station near a Cave, yes they do rip you off, however this is not the "Real Kan" as I know it and Kan does not rip you off. Try the end of the railway line at Nam Tok (Sai Yok Noi Waterfall) and then tell us what the prices are there.

Thank you all for reading this post.

Is there really any need to tell someone they 'dont have a clue'? Its not very nice when someone was just trying to help and I very much doubt you would talk like that to his face.

Well if they do not have a clue that is about this Provice (Please read my post above as I do have a clue) just complaining about......... what............ no 7/11 by the Famous Bridge of the River Khwae.......... or was it that Buffalo....over ...The River.....

Sure helping hands is what ThaiVisa is all about, but when someone paints this Provice like the poster above, I did have to protest and said what I was thinking.

Sorry if I upset so folks, but life is real and Kan is NOT A RIP OFF PLACE.

Thank you all and welcome to Kan should you wish to visit this 3rd largest Provice, just a bit out of Bangkok to your west.

    Yes sure.

Change your "Super Member" name to ........................

My OP is in the "General Fourm" how to do it and if you do have time please change your photo as it does not reflect your good self very well.

wai.gif to the good "Lord Buddha" yes, however to a Monk, well, that leaves me speech-less, hence once I see your photo, I take a step back and try not to read your posts.

Sorry to have to say this to you who is still looking for, try pbase.com then.

  8. So lets have all the floods like last year and then this year's droughts.

Well done to all of you that says "Mae Wong Area Should Be Protected As Wildlife Sanctuary" for what?

    I ask you all?

Birds fly away and the walking wildlife have to move on due west.

What I am saying is that in Kan we have two very large Dams with a lot of wildlife, birds etc. built 20 odd years ago which has helped farmers and this Province (two rivers) safe from flooding and life goes on here as normal during last year's floods.

What is more importent is that farmers can sow, reep and feed folks in Thailand, make a few baht for themselves and most of all keep the flood water down.

    Win coffee1.gif

P.S. and if this Dam can make power as well like the ones in Kan, that would be an added bonus, then no need for the Nuke ones then.

  9. Hi Folks,

Good to see that the FA (up to you to read into that one)=(could be Sweet FA) for the English Fans, but having said that, Roy has Bussed coached 3 National Teams and he did not go to Court (for Fax evasion) and the most important statisticis, that he has no Lion Heart problems (ops), so all in all I wish him the very best of health, good luck and Poland to win the EU Cup (fat chance of that may I add coffee1.gif )

Well were there is hope there is always a believe wai.gif

The Queensland mining billionaire, who has strong business interests in China, told a press conference on Monday that a memorandum of understanding was signed with Chinese state-owned company Jinling Shipyard to construct the ship.
