    Putin knows he is holding all the cards. The US supports him and there will never be any European troops on the ground. He will not agree to a ceasefire until he gets all he wants.He keeps all current areas of control. No NATO membership for Ukraine. No peacekeepers. He can rest and rearm and attack again early 2026.

    Not really. There is only one thing that can bring down a modern, steel and concrete building at free fall speed into it's own footprint in 7 seconds.

    Another problem is that people park their cars right up to the edge of the crossing so when you are approaching you can't see if anyone is about to cross. By the time you can see anyone crossing it's too late to stop.

    That is the key issue. Most people filing a return would probably find that some tax is due but offset by a DTA tax paid abroad. How is that dealt with?

    I had the same problem and it took several letters/phone calls to sort out. HMRC would say it's up to DWP and the DWP would say it's up to HMRC !! In the end i got a letter from DWP confirming it was frozen which i passed onto HMRC.

    Those red/white curbs are a joke. Thais just park on them, and the pavement, and the Police do nothing. On Pattaya Tai they should just make no parking on one side permanently and paint double yellow lines. No need for any signs.

    Most condos have these signs but of course the Chinese owners will just ignore it. The only way to stop it is action like Chivas mentioned. I doubt if there are ANY Chinese tourists who stay 30 days or more.
