  1. Yeah, right Richard and you believe these so called studies? I bet you did and in depth (excuse the pun) analysis of the penis size study, by country and wished to God that your country was in the top ten, right? Don't believe any of the crap pedaled by the media, social or other wise until you can have it verified.
  2. Do you actually care about Thailand's welfare or is this just an I am God, I am great and I know better post? You have no statistics to prove that Japan or anywhere else in the world has less unaurthorised bonking going on i.e infidelity and I am willing to wager that all of your other assertions are baseless given the many "seems" included in your mostly flawed analysis of this wonderful piece of, that which many of us consider, paradice. P.S. Please Scuse the spelling, it's getting late in my part of the world.
  3. Too true Blue! The conversation really should stop right there Yagoda...
  4. Thailand uses the Thai Solar calender. 543 years ahead of the Gregorian calender in 2025. Since Songkran is celebrating the Thai new year, I think you need to respect the fact that they have more than 500 years practice at defining their New Year celebrations. It is hard to argue that those practices have evolved for the better. The more traditional, pouring of water into the cupped hands and a bit of powder patted on to the faces of elders, a bit of water poured over Bhudda images, does still happen. My wife and I still get the traditional treatment from our grand kids. The more untraditional high powered water guns, buckets of dirty water with ice and drunken stupidity in the streets has been an unwelcome development however, no one will ever curtail that no matter how many times people are injured, blinded or killed. So in answer to your question Josie, they probably do understand but for many reasons, it is all just let go, in a Thai way of course.
  5. Only because they have spent all of their Ru -"pees" on business class travel.
  6. This latest scandal follows a series of similar incidents that have plagued Air India, including a 2022 case involving a former banker soiling a fellow passenger and a March 2023 episode where a student misbehaved on an American Airlines flight. Both previous incidents resulted in significant consequences for those involved. How does the student on Amercan airlines misbehaving contribute to Air India being plagued by incidents?
  7. So this guy joins the police and works his way up the ladder to Lieutenant Colonel... then has the stupidity to, not only become involved in drug traffiking but actually go on a ride along? Then of course tries to downplay it like he is a virgin drug traffiker. We read about fools of this level who are in positions of influence and authority, blatently flouting the law pretty much every day. Is what we read about or is exposed to the public, just the tip of the iceburg?
  8. I'm sure some genius will be able to answer that RD but either way, there certainly would not have been enough time to perform an indepth analysis of the situation, let alone determine that there was some ironic humour involved in the fact that he had not made a wise decision.
  9. You two dullards both got it wrong. Ray Bans.
  10. If you are going to try and sound InterContinental then you may be interested to use the correct lingo. i.e Capisci. Or possibly more accurate phonetically, Kapeesh.
  11. All very Farking boring really! Who in the hell wants to listen to anymore of this trump <deleted>e? The threads have been inundated, swamped. over run, whatever you want to call it. Just STFU!
  12. It was a while ago ( 5 years ish) now but I think around 6 -7 K for the test and 2 frames with the prescribed lens.
  13. Top Charoen in Lotus Banchang. My Wife and daughter have both been tested and prescriped glasses which have proven to be accurate in improving their eye sight.
  14. Not sure what you are wondering about dear ol' Dinsdale but my ultimate (above and beyond the steel and cement qualities of course) concern would be the unmitigated danger of building the station in an historic flood zone.
  15. There are several pest control companies on the internet. I'm sure there will be some rodent exterminators among them. Good luck.
  16. Hard to establish the coolant residue issue without replacing the radiator cap first. The reservoir cap may also be dodgy given the age of the vehicle so try a new one of those as well. Could be an alternator, water pump or power steering pump problem making the noise. Process of elimination for tracking it down. If you can get hold of a mechanics stethascope you could listen to the water pump, alternator and PS pump while the engine is running to help pin point where the noise is coming from. It could also be the drive / fan belts. Throw a bit of water on them while the engine is running and if the noise stops that could indicate that they are worn and need replacing.
  17. Postponed due to a tide of brown envelopes pouring in at the last hour.
  18. So, more than 70 million people from one country dont know where America is? That is a very sweeping statement that is probably very inaccurate as far as percentages go, don't you think?
  19. So, just thinking aloud here and reflecting on some recent comments that have been posted. One that I can not seem to get my head around, says that "they are no longer allegations, they are criminal charges". In my mind, the allegations still exist even though charges have been layed (laid?). Because,.... ah bugger it I'm gonna have another Rum.
  20. That's better now go and make yourself a cup of tea and take a sarcasim tablet.
