  1. Removable can be exFAT.....
  2. Internal can be ext4. Removable can be VFAT(an extension of FAT32). What next? 😊
  3. https://www.htc.com/us/support/htc-10/faq/difference-between-removable-and-internal-storage-for-sd-cards.html https://support.google.com/android/answer/12153449?hl=en
  4. He states that in the case the drive has been formatted for Internal Storage, as opposed to Removable Storage. If for Internal Storage, you don't remove it. Hence using a MicroSD card that doesn't need to be removed. johng, in general, you don't keep your Movie Collection on Internal Storage. Usually that is kept on External Storage, NAS etc Internal Storage is like the SSD in your laptop. External and Removable Storage, an External Drive. I think you are mixing the two things up. Think of it as buying a laptop with only 32GB of storage and not having enough space to install Windows. Adding more Internal Storage can increase the 32GB Internal Storage to allow you to install Windows. Not the same thing as plugging in a USB stick and using it a External/Removable Storage, but a permanent extension to the existing Internal Storage. I hope the explanation is more clear to you now.
  5. It looks very much the case that Putin put one over on Trump and that Trump royally buggered Ukraine. His deals ain't worth beep. Withheld aid and in so allowed Russia to take Avdiivka. Put together a flawed agreement that stopped Ukraine from attacking oil refineries in Russia, but didn't stop Russia from using ballistic missiles to attack cities and kill civilians. There is no genius, but only a dream that won't ever come true. Neither Russia nor the USA a reliable partner.
  6. Criminal record for what exactly, DonniePeverley? They certainly didn't throw the first punch. If they were drunk, then why weren't they punished for that? Likely because they were not. What I see is one of them trying to discourage the rider from fighting. But the rider insisted on throwing a punch. There is no attempt analysis of the event at all, just the usual baying and hatred against foreigners....who are you, but younger.

  8. johng...If you had watched the video supplied, you would understand. I didn't mention your suggestion, as you didn't make up silly arguments with regard to only being able to use USB drives and Hard drives as extended storage in order to be contrary. Anyone can make a mistake. But one poster took to Trolling. The simple answer....you need to format it within the Android GUI, as either Internal or Removable Storage. A MicroSD card is preferable for Internal Storage. Cameroni got it wrong on every level. @sandyf got it right.
  9. Am I watching another video than everyone else? I see the locals as the ones who threw the first punches. First the bike rider and then later the mob. But yet, it seems the theme is to blame the foreigners.
  10. Check if @simon43 has a slot free. I'm sure he has a good enough Maths knowledge and may be able to organise something online. I hope he doesn't mind me mentioning him here 😊
  11. ignis, I suggest you ignore the Trolling and incorrect advice given by one poster in particular. If you use a USB thumb drive, then you won't be able to remove it. Not good, as then you won't have any free USB ports. Better to use a Micro SD card, which can stay in situ. Follow the video guide that I've posted. USB thumb drive will also work, but I don't recommend it for the reason aforementioned. I should point out that there are two options. Internal Storage and Removable Storage. The first for you want to expand the capacity of the box in order to download directly to the box etc or the second if you want to use it as Removable Storage, plugging and unplugging as needed.
  12. Cameroni....why would you buy an extra USB hub? 🙂 Why the need for childish Trolling of negative emojis just because you have been shown to be completely wrong in everything you have suggested.
  13. Given that many boxes will have ONE USB 2.0 and ONE USB 3.0 port with possibly the USB 2.0 port being used for a Remote Control, it makes sense to keep the USB 3.0 port free for any eventuality. Hence the Micro SD port being best for use for the expanding of internal storage. You are less likely to need to remove it. Whereas you can get an USB 3.0 to Micro SD adapter if you ever need to use a Micro SD card on occasion.
  14. No Cameroni... if you don't understand the subject, best for you to stay quiet, rather than to illustrate the paucity of your knowledge.
  15. If you want to expand the storage of an Android box, you use a Micro SD card(if your box has one). The box should format it.
  16. I managed to grab a sandwich at Carnegies before they moved from opposite Carnegie Hall.. US$109 for four sandwiches you need to make yourself 😊 Big C had some 200 gram packs of Pastrami and Corned/Salt beef at half price. 193 baht and 124 baht respectively. Pickles 48 baht at Foodland. Rye loaf between 88 baht and 139 baht at Foodland. Mustard or Horseradish, up to you. Sauerkraut from 63 baht for 200 grams or 90 baht for a pound at BEST. Why pay silly prices?
  17. Khun Heineken....you have posted the same thing on every Skype thread. Can you point to even one of those threads requesting App to App calling? No one needs that since they already have WhatsApp, LINE, Signal, Telegram.... They need to call mobiles and landlines, receive calls and OTP. VIber does not fit the bill, as pointed out to you on many occasions. It's merely an option for calling out and not the cheapest at that. Yes, US$1.99 for unlimited calls TO the U.S.A. is relatively good value if you are going to use it. Not everyone calls to the U.S.A. Certainly not you. You've cross-posted it on every Skype thread. That's pushing it.
  18. Khun Heineken...why does one need a 'one stop shop'? No one is interested in App to App calling. You can get that for free from any number of applications. They, in the main, are interested in Application to Landline and Mobile calls and a number in order to receive calls and OTP. Viber Out is useful for calling out and that's it. It's certainly not the cheapest, as US$0.02 per minute to the USA and U.K. That's up to four times more expensive than some of the alternatives. So I don't understand why you keep pushing it on Skype threads.
  19. Espanol, the 200g version costs 585 baht. Aren't there 100 gram and 150 gram options at 295 and 435 baht respectively? 200 gram of Corned Beef from Sloane's at Big C costs 248 baht. Make your own. Their 200g Pastrami sandwich is even more expensive, at 655 baht. I think Sloane's 200 gram pack of Pastrami is 385 baht.
  20. seajae, there is no need to pay for antivirus software nor any software to keep your PC 'safe and running'.
  21. It's obviously nonsense. The picture in the VRT article is not even of the primary school mentioned. It's all a total fake.
  22. I see the people complaining about Trump threads, turning up regularly to 'defend' him with inane comments or deflections. It must be tiring for them, constantly trying to spin the latest gaffe. Insisting that none of us understand the man's genius or suggesting that anyone who questions the Emperor's new clothes is deranged. They seem to have run out of ammunition and so instead repeat the same old memes, lacking any ability to rebut the facts on the ground.
  23. I just read it. So, yes.
  24. No fredwiggy, you are wrong. I would tell you to your face.
  25. Oh my dear Hummin... what has that to do with being a 'real man'? Sniping like a girl isn't it, IMHO. You've got it all wrong if you imagine a 'failed man'.
