  1. Just more Israeli war crimes and systematic crimes against humanity. 😞
  2. Stop looking, boys. We've found the forum nutter. 🙂
  3. The Northeast (Isaan) region of Thailand is generally considered the least agriculturally productive area, due to a combination of factors including less fertile soils, vulnerability to drought, and a higher population density putting pressure on resources. While other regions also face agricultural challenges, Isaan's persistent poverty and reliance on agriculture make it particularly vulnerable. Here's a more detailed look: Infertile Soils: The soils in the Northeast are naturally less fertile than those in other parts of Thailand, making it more challenging to achieve high crop yields. Water Scarcity: The region experiences frequent droughts, which can severely impact agricultural production, especially rain-fed agriculture. Population Pressure: A large population in the Northeast puts a strain on land resources and contributes to deforestation as more land is cleared for agriculture. Poverty: The Northeast is the poorest region in Thailand, and many people rely on agriculture for their livelihoods, making them more susceptible to the effects of poor harvests. Thankfully some have found a weak ATM to boss around. 🙂
  4. It's the worse region in Thailand for agriculture and live stock. It's why they're so dirt poor.
  5. Because the uneducated woman they need to pay to live with them is their boss and tells them what to do.
  6. I live in a house with a garden, not a condo with a balcony.
  7. If you always wake up at 4am. And want 8 hours sleep. Go to bed at 8pm. 🙂
  8. Move to Europe. Coastal Spain or Italy.
  9. Pets count yes or no?
  10. Very interesting, thank you. One of my sons has said he'd like one, but I don't want to risk it damaging TVs or computer screens etc with its beak or claws.
  11. Does it not stand or perch on top of the TV or computer monitor and damage the LED screen with its claws? Does it poop inside the house or go outside to poop and pee?
  12. Just yesterday, I heard a song that sounded far away. In my head it seemed to always stay. Oh, I believe in yesterday. Suddenly. It's not half the song it used to be. There's a chorus that's annoying me. Oh yesterday, came suddenly.
  13. Yes, of course. The other poster heard the opposite whilst propping up a bar and chatting with a member of Delta Force Seal Team 6. 🙂
  14. I bought a condo to use as a holiday base in a different part of Thailand that I would often holiday in. Didn't use it as planned as my work situation changed, a local agent kept it rented out at 8% ROI for the next 7 years. I then sold it to a Malaysian for 20% profit as I wanted an injection of capital for an other venture. Buying it was a great side venture. It didn't perform as well as my bitcoin or other investments, but was definitely worth buying. 🙂
  15. The hotels that their families or maids own?
  16. Ban all trade going into Israel until they stop committing their war crimes and crimes against humanity. 🙂
  17. Will they even have time to get the red plate before the company disappears into thin air? 250,000 If they get 5 years out of it, before it cannot be used anymore, 1,000 per week isn't bad if they can charge for free at home. Given that the CDU boxes need repairing almost immediately on many cars, 5 years may be waaayyyyy too optimistic.
  18. I just completed this quiz. My Score 30/100 My Time 83 seconds
  19. I just completed this quiz. My Score 50/100 My Time 77 seconds
  20. And I repeatedly said it's good deal if he can charge it for free at home, and he gets a few years out of it before it's fit to be scrapped. Hopefully he won't need to pay for the scrapping too. It's an unreliable (parts repeatedly failing on multiple vehicles) POS that the company don't fix, multiple people having to pay 5 figure amounts to Thai guysto fix the CDU, for one example, and won't actually exist for much longer. Other Chinese EV companies likely to follow. Don't try to put lipstick on a pig.
  21. 1 + 2. There's a big demand for Thais that can fix CDUs for 10-13,000THB according to the OP. This is on cars that are only 1 to 3 years old! 3. Why aren't they fixed for free under warranty. 3. The whole company is closing and leaving Thailand after only 3 years. Great aftersales service?? You joker. Until the company disappears. Like Neta is doing? A couple of weeks?!?! Walk into any Honda or Toyota dealership in the country and have any parts in 2-3 days. My god man.
  22. The fools that paid 550,000THB must be happy. Hope they didn't have to pay some facebook guy 13,000 to fixe the BC Box on their new car. What a joke. And people actually have faith in these Chinese EV companies. It beggars belief.
