Jurassic Park right here. First the movie, now for real I was biking the other day and a 9 meter long monitor lizard attacked me. My 29 dogs and cats are gone. I don't hear chickens anymore, eggs are now 239 baht for one. monkeys, gone. now packs of 1000 are in the road as motorbikes go flying. DNA changed to make them all different colors. oh, it's coming.

stayed three nights there and was on my second stamp in a calendar year. Had to talk to the big boss. Thai, of course. Super easy, got the stamp and then sorted a long-term visa a few months later in country. Border run? I mean, if you must, you must. I'd try Nakhom Phanom first. Nobody there, but my gut says a higher percentage without issues. Stayed two nights there. maybe three. things have changed. of course you should have no issues, but.........odds of an issue is higher there. saw a YT video of a Chiang Mai farang bragging about making 300,000 a month running a bar. He said girls were super happy getting 500 baht. Sure, whatever. Boycott. Thailand needs more digital programs. 298 apps starting 1 year before you visit, then a new DTV visa allowing a bank account for only 29 days and then 298 mandatory trips back home and then 38 border rejections and 29 pictures per day. Too many hoops, nobody likes that. Vietnam is a fun place to visit. Real fun. Tourism is not going to magically recover this year. November and December should be fine. If not....oh no. I said I was leaving. They paid. I'm 100% sure they can pay the 1,000 baht. The question is, Is this worth the fight? It usually is.

drinking a lot can never, never, ever, ever work out well. getting high all day, every day, alone, still won't work out, but your death will be indirectly related. high all day, no job, no money, no ambition, die. I might never have another beer in my life. a good scotch sounds OK, but everything in moderation.
