When Fox devotes the entirety of its prime time schedule to addressing Newsom's parody, and a majority of comments are from MAGAs trying to defend their messiah, there are two seeming conclusions: 1) There does seem to be some sort of "Syndrome", but it's among MAGAs 2) It's a cult. It reeks of the same style of defense and outrage as the poor folks at Georgetown under the "spell" of Jim Jones. Like McCarthyism, the US will one day be rid of MAGA, and those who spent years sniffing the vapors of the clown and charlatan will either be contrite, or pretend they were never part of the madness.

If I analyze the vapors coming out of the fever swamps of MAGAstan, I can ascertain that there is either no such thing, or no recognition/meaning of the word "hypocrisy". If I read the suras and hadiths from the cult accurately, it is entirely appropriate for Trump to: ---declare the existence of some mythical "syndrome" afflicting anyone who does not see him as The Second Coming ---portray himself as everything he could never possibly be, such as ripped, courageous, competent, and some combination of David and Solomon, Tamerlane and Genghis Khan, Suleiman the Magnificent, Gen George S. Patton, Audie Murphy, maybe L Ron Hubbard and Batman, when he's actually a lot closer to Pee Wee Herman or the Rev Jim Jones ---Use ALL CAPS in his middle-of-the-night screeds against entertainers who are critical of him, such as Bruce Springsteen or Taylor Swift or Nicolle Wallace. ---Make up, and repeat, childish nicknames of critics, opponents, and others (e.g., Sleepy, Pocahontas, Deranged, Low IQ---traditionally reserved for Black people---Shifty, Crooked, etc., who do not worship his every action and utterance ---Continually use the same critiques and epithets, usually posted in all caps and with an exclamation mark, such as UNFAIR! SAD! RADICAL! DERANGED! ---Claim he's a "stable genius" because he could repeat "Person Woman Man Camera TV". ---Claim he stopped the slaughter in Rwanda in 1994 that claimed 7,000,000 (sic) victims owing to "machetes machetes everywhere" No matter what idiocy or absurdity Trump utters, he's always "playing 3-dimensional chess" in the captured minds of his cult. I suspect Gov Newsom would freely admit that he himself is just playing checkers, because a much less sophisticated game is more than adequate to get under Trump's and MAGAnistas' thin skin. Newsom knows how to get under Trump's thin skin. He's making fun of him, besides positioning himself for a 2028 WH run. So be it. The pics, the wording (SAD! UNFAIR! LOSER! California Governor Gavin Newsom has MAGAstan going wild with his recent social media posts. He is mimicking the style and absurdity of Trump, both in picture form and in language. Pundits on Fox Comedy News are outraged, calling Newsom “childish”, and ranting such behavior is “unbecoming of a large State Governor”. Apparently, it isn’t unbecoming nor childish if the President does it. Hypocrisy runs thick and deep in the fever swamps of MAGAstan. All of those gentle snowflakes cannot seem to handle mirrors. The EU leaders kind of invited themselves to stand in solidarity with Ukraine, assuming Trump would behave like a clown, as he did last time, demanding "thanks" for something Biden initiated (aid to the brave people of Ukraine), plus get his lapdogs to criticize Zelenskyy for his attire (Zelenskyy should have dressed like Elon and bring a kid to wipe boogers on to the Resolute Desk, as that seems to be laudable in MAGAstan.) I guess we can give Trump props for not going off on wind turbines or Arnold Palmer's junk or angling for a Nobel Peace Prize for stopping the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.

If daytime casual, crisp linen shorts and a dark cotton polo-style shirt, tucked in, hit the mark. Untucking doesn't mask the blubber, so tucking it in can motivate a man to drop the fat. He cannot pretend the 40" waist is really only 30". By all means avoid cargo shorts, which should be outlawed by some UN rule or the World Court, if not just common decency. NOBODY has so much to carry that they need all those pockets. Rent a flat or buy a condo, and store the stuff there. And no matter what age, lose the beer gut and the spare tires. Nothing can make those look good.

To be polite, I always make sure I dumb things down for MAGAnistas, those people captured by a four word slogan on a red hat, and who are eternally fooled by a self-serving, willfully ignorant clown.

Not sure I agree with all of his (?) States, but I can easily see this before 2028, especially if Trump survives and tries to run again: CA, OR and WA secede to form Pacifica. New England, NY, NJ, DE, MD and eastern PA secede to form Atlantica. MI joins Canada, and maybe is joined by IL. Texas could become its own country ruled by Musk. Makes a lot of sense for the coasts, as they are mostly net contributors to the Federal Budget. The west has tech and military industry, the east has tech and finance, plus both coasts have the best universities. MAGAstan can then simmer in its own juices, in debt, unproductive and ignorant. We'll never see a transcript of the meeting, but I'm sure Trump spent much of the time telling his buddy Putin about the new ballroom, and maybe even telling Putin he plans to set up corn dog and cotton candy kiosks on the paved-over former Rose Garden lawn. I bet he also warned Putin about the dangers of electric boats in shark-filled waters. The good news is Putin probably thought, "We don't need to nuke the USA; it's nuking itself with this bozo at the helm."

Generally, sides meeting for a summit will announce beforehand a few basic goals, so that after the summit they can say they achieved them. Since Trump and his Carnival People staff lowered expectations beforehand, he could come up with the pabulum that "progress was made". Really? Putin said he wanted half of Ukraine. How is that progress? Putin, however, did get some progress. Trump said he would hasten the removal of status for 200,000 Ukrainians currently in the US. I guess Putin needs more innocent people to slaughter, so Trump will serve them up on a platter, like cheeseburgers at a Mar-a-Lago "gala". It's painfully obvious Trump is only angling for a Nobel Peace Prize, envious as he is of Obama's laureate. I suspect Trump thought he could get a cease fire out of it, which Putin knows full well he need not do. Putin probably prepared for the meeting; Trump obviously did not. Putin knows how to manipulate Trump. Trump forever claims to be a "dealmaker", but his actions in everything from Ukraine to tariffs lays bare the reality he's a rank amateur, and can be outwitted by a schoolgirl. Remember the "two weeks" before new US sanctions on Russia? That came and went, as Trump TACO'd yet again. Putin got back on the world stage, got smiles and handshakes while innocent Ukrainians are still being buried or searched for in the rubble of bombed buildings like hospitals and schools and shopping centers. To the rest of the world, Trump looks like an idiot, something that comes natural to him. The world knows the US is unreliable and no longer cares about democracy or freedom. The world also sees how to handle Trump: a little fake praise while pushing for what benefits you. (The Pakistan leadership is doing an excellent job of this.) Zelenskyy will soon visit the White House. Trump will try to play tough guy, maybe Vance will also try, when everyone knows the only real man in the Oval Office will be Zelenskyy. (I know MAGAs hate "woke", but if there is real need for a new gender identity, Trump is the one who needs it, because "man", he is not.) He isn't going to stand up for his nation for 3 years only to award Putin the prize of eastern Ukraine. Zelenskyy isn't Neville Chamberlain, nor is he a coward like Trump. Trump is the baby who ran to the WH bunker when a Code Pink protest was on Pennsylvania Ave (and then said whoever leaked that to the media is a traitor). Zelenskyy had many offers for safehaven outside of Ukraine, knowing he is a target of Putin, yet he has stayed in Kyiv.
