I have an Inotech B670 smart scale, measures weight, internal bodyfat, BMI, water, proteins, bone density and a few others, sends data to Android phone, but Apple canx’d the company’s app, I am looking for something that works with the smart scale and Apple as well. Been using it for 6 years.

I bought a 1965 Pontiac GTO Tri-Power (3 2 barrel carburator) in 1967, ruined me for life to drive a normal car, have had T-Birds, Plymouth 440 6-pack Grand National, 1970 GTO Judge 400 dual 4-barrels - first Japanese car was a Datsun 280Z, then a 1985 Skyline scared the hell out of me, pop the clutch and the front wheels would come off the ground. Slow cooker over night works for me, put the vegatables in in the morning and Thai Beef is good if you supervise them when they cut it. I like fat in my beef, gristle is okay if using a slow cooker, it will disappear, or be so soft you can eat it without chewing. Agree on the Wagyu, very overpriced and seems to be the Fad of the Day in US, even have a place that sells Wagyu Burgers if you can believe that (I don’t)

I had the Zostavax about 3 years ago, went in for the ‘booster’ turns out it was just another Zostavax.
