  1. You're correct. They were. But in November, they were still under his spell. Now the reality is setting in, and they are beginning to realize they were conned. Let's hope you realize it soon, too.
  2. I wouldn't bet on that... 🙂
  3. I hear the American people in every major city speaking loudly. I hear the people in Paris, London, and Berlin speaking loudly. I hear the world speaking loudly. I see them marching in the streets, not watching a parade. It's not Fake News. It's live. They are all saying, "We've had enough! No more Trump."
  4. A thick-crusted Sicilian-style, rectangular pan, filled with lots of sauce and cheese, and a crust that's an inch thick. Give me the corner slices!
  5. With all this talk about 'illegals,' I wonder how many of the complainers take an extra 1/2 hour at lunch once or twice a week, stealing time from their employers? I wonder how many of the complainers illegally broke some of the traffic laws on their way home from work? I wonder how many of the complainers regularly violate some laws because that's what they've always done, "and besides, my employer will never miss that ream of computer paper..." ... and never see the hypocrisy in their comments.
  6. How about the MARINES protect our Constitution and democracy? Just a thought...
  7. I've had two different packages get lost AFTER clearing customs in Thailand. I followed the Tracker as far as 'In transit to final destination' and the post office couldn't find them. Fortunately, the companies re-shipped and those got through. Tracking did nothing for me.
  8. MAFCA Make America Follow the Constitution Again.
  9. Wish I had more time! So many things I want to do, there just isn't enough time for all of them. Have to space them out a bit. I'm retired so 'work' doesn't take up any time, but there are so many things to do every day, and that's just here in town! Add in the rest of Northern Thailand and you could spend forever trying to see and do it all. We won't even consider what is south of Chiang Mai. That would take another lifetime!
  10. I'm constantly amazed at what some people consider 'facts' and 'truths.' It's as if they've made up their own definitions of the words!
  11. I don't think I agree with your 90% estimate, but I do agree that the number of good, safe drivers outnumber the bad ones... just not by that much. It's just that the bad ones are so bloody egregious that we notice them more! I wonder why the Thais don't teach their people how to drive? It can't just be the Buddhist thing about reincarnation. Nobody want to send their kids out to die.
  12. My life has been a string of lucky breaks. Can't believe I made it this far. Perhaps it's because I didn't count on luck to get this far?
  13. If you think it's OK to try to hurt me or hit me, I will assume that you think it's OK for me to hit you back. I'm going to stop you regardless of your gender. My preferred option is to walk away. If that option is not available, I will fight back regardless of gender. I will not just stand there and accept abuse.
  14. Oh, the sheer unmitigated ignorance... Unbelievable! And I'll bet you call yourself an American patriot, right? Due Process Rights in America: Application to All, Including Illegal Aliens Everyone physically present in the United States—including undocumented immigrants (often referred to as "illegal aliens")—is guaranteed due process under the U.S. Constitution. Constitutional Basis The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments guarantee that no person (not just citizens) shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law . The Supreme Court has consistently ruled that these protections apply to all people on U.S. soil, regardless of their legal status .
  15. Yeah... Hey, doesn't Trump make dozens and dozens of posts a day... attacking anyone who defies him from the Oval Office, where perhaps he might be doing things to help the country instead? Oops.
  16. You did not seriously ask this, did you? Please tell us you posted this just to troll. It’s OK. That would be better than if you were really unaware of the lost research, the closed programs, etc.
  17. What can you say about the morality of people who support a crook? 34 felony convictions (not accusations, convictions with due process by a jury of his peers.) Stole from a Children's Cancer Charity? Really? How low is that?!? How many sexual assault trials? I've lost count... ... just as I've lost count of the number of civil suits against Trump for failure to pay his bills, breach of contract, and conning students with his fake university. These aren't fake news. They are facts. If you support a criminal, you are no better than a criminal yourself. It really IS as simple as that! And this criminal is destroying the America our forefathers died to create.
  18. It’s actually gotten to the point where one can tell the political party of a poster by their manners when posting. Make America nasty?
  19. Senator Ted Cruz posted a dramatic video of LAPD cars on fire with the caption “this… is… not… peaceful.” What he didn’t mention? The footage was from 2020, not 2025. His post on X falsely implied it was current, part of a broader effort to spread lies and manufacture a crisis.
  20. I'll never understand why Trump supporters always need to call people names! Calling someone a 'Liar' is not nice. It's not polite, and certainly not needed in a debate. You're correct. The cops didn't die on the 6th itself. One died the next day as a result of what happened on the 6th, and four more killed themselves because of it. 146 police officers were injured during the attack on America on January 6th.
  21. I saw the same... on January 6th. Only then police were killed by the mob seeking to take over the United States. Live ammo time? So you are suggesting that Americans shoot other Americans? Hey, that's not the America I grew up in. That's North Korea. That's Russia. That's any dictatorship. That's NOT America... at least, it wasn't America.
  22. Very poor parking around there, even for a bike! You have to park a block before it and then walk. Mungkala? I might see you there.
  23. Finicky, are you familiar with 'Blue Diamond Breakfast Restaurant, Moon Muang Soi 9? They used to sell it, and I'm pretty sure I saw some there two months ago... Just be careful how you use it. Works great for cuts, scrapes, and burns. Not so much drinking the stuff, although many do drink it... until they turn blue.
  24. Wearing a helmet does not prevent accidents. Period. Police intervention on the scene prevent accidents, but it requires police on the roads stopping dangerous drivers. That’s dangerous for the police. Helmets do help prevent fatalities but TO THE RIDER ONLY, and at no danger to the cops. But this coincidentally also saves the government millions of Baht in unpaid hospital and funeral costs. Which goal is really being sought?
