Many doctors moonlight or have private clinics in the evening. Some doctors even work full time at their clinics. So there are "high street" clinics in all towns. They will provide rabies shots and don't have the overheads that hospitals have. The rub is that you have to wander, ride, drive around and find out where they are, Or type "clinic" into google maps. That usually comes up with "clinic near me" Cost for rabies shot is around 500B

If the cost ( about 1100B for a Honda one on Lazada) or availability is not a problem then replace the whole motor. You have to take it off to replace the brushes ( about 390B for Honda ones) anyway. If you are the handy type and like fiddly work then Just the brushes, clean the comm. and a few drops of oil. Then use the spare 700B to buy a case of beer. I think I would do the starter relay first. About 360B (Lazada), easier and see if the starter motor really needs removing. Then do the brushes.
