It sounds like your riding style could best be described as ? relaxed. This could result in the clutch facings becoming glazed. Your clutch could also do with a few aggressive accelerations from a stand still. Find a deserted space of road and do a few full throttle pull aways from a standstill. Up to you 60 kph comfort zone will do for this.

Sadly too long ago to recall exactly. A shop when I was visiting Vancouver. I seem to remember also buying a high end foil electric shaver. I'm sure brushes are available are on-line.

Not a hobby. I simply apply British colonial troop doctrine. Sunday and Wednesday whether I need it or not. Bic 3 blade plastic razor from 7-Eleven and a bar of White round soap also from 7-Eleven. Bic is the best disposable I have found and the white soap lathers up very well especially with a shaving brush.

Bung some enzyme powder (BigC Mini a blue box near the drain cleaners) into the bowl and flush and leave overnight. That will clear up any organic blockage. The sucking you used to get is air rushing in to break the siphon effect. If the water can't flow fast enough or deep enough you won't get a decent siphon effect.

I used to use something similar when running for extra air. Worked for me. Many athletes used adhesive nasal strips for the same reason.
