  1. Then he should go to, say, Mr. DIY and buy one.πŸ§πŸ™‚ OR could use a masonry bit and the same hammer. πŸ˜‰
  2. First I start with a centre punch to establish the correct location for the hole, then
  3. Drive by BummingsπŸ€” Isn't that the quick DIY pickup lane in Australia.
  4. Again, What is/was the posted limit🀫. Regardless of the speed, the car pulled across the road into the path of another road user. One could argue that had the car been going faster he/she would have completed the maneuvre before the bike got there.
  5. Drill holes and use screws where the extrusion touches the wall. Fill the gaps where it doesn't with grout/sealant. OR contour a 2cm piece of wood to take up the 1cm gap. https://www.familyhandyman.com/project/how-to-scribe-for-a-perfect-fit/ Secure extrusion to wall through the wood.
  6. What is/was the posted limit? 80 kph in most towns, even central Bangkok, unless posted.
  7. As above in part of my post which no one seems to understand Do not assume that a green traffic signal means you can cross the road safely. Look right and left to check that all vehicles have come to a stop, as not every driver will obey the rules.

  9. Yes, could be a pulse-width modulated DC motor. I have heard model trains use those. I think a brushless DC motor would be too expensive but I don't know for sure.
  10. ^ Don't know anything about the American gameπŸ˜‰
  11. We used to swap jackets at school we used to grow out of them fast.
  12. Now the Danish are getting involvedπŸ€”
  13. He's the same brother. Just ignore it and carry on as usual. He hasn't mentioned it before? If he mentions it well. then address it with understanding.
  14. Which may explain why dogs don't like you.πŸ€”
  15. Just realized I made a gaff in my explanation. The controls obviously TRANSFORM the AC to DC to power the control circuits and then the INVERTER converts the DC back to AC to run the compressor. My wife just showed me a new thing where the air conditioner runs on solar. I said good except we only use ours at night. She looked a bit confused.
  16. It is too hot for riding , let alone tales.
  17. GG has inadvertently stumbled onto something but for the wrong reason. Inverter:- An electrical/electronic device for converting AC into DC. The DC is easier/used to allow for modulation of the compressor speed. A smaller capacity air condioner unit cannot modulate down if it is running at maximum heat load. So if the compressor is going to be modulated down at normal heat load it needs to run at, maybe 70%. So yes an inverter equipped system needs to be larger than a conventional on/off unit. A side benefit from this is that when running at 100% a larger unit will initially cool the space faster. So for say a small bedroom 12,000 BTU rather than a conventional 9,000 BTU.
  18. Google Maps. Type Nontaburi, Enter and then type Glass Shop. Enter you can then choose one near to you. Condo building owner may want/insist you use theirs.
  19. Neither is the old model when the compressor is off.πŸ€”
  20. Sometimes I feel the same way about movies.πŸ€”
