  1. There are many genders but biologically only two sexes. ????
  2. Anything by Bignok or gammaglobulin.????
  3. The TOA one is probably epoxy paint. I have used epoxy on a garage floor and engines can be dragged across it with no adverse effects. You'll need two coats the first on bare concrete will be 80% thinners, then the usual mix. Why? because the dry concrete will very quickly absorb the thinner and carry the pigment into it. If you do the first coat regular there is not enough thinner and the pigment simply sits on the surface. Also you should thoroughly clean/etch the surface with hydrochloric acid. 10 parts water 1 part acid. The above was told to me by the paint rep.
  4. Is it weather or climate? At the moment it is weather. If it is still happening in 30 years it is climate. They built an extra parallel canal with bigger locks to increase traffic so the amount of water used has increased???? Which has to be replaced by rain. Had they not done so how would they be fairing today?
  5. Take the tank back for a refund as it is incomplete ???? That might get their attention
  6. Fixed an annoying plastic panel rattle on my Goat-Tracker by applying two strips of 1 cm width duct tape.(not quite a colour match). Now | can hear the engine rattle much more clearly,.
  7. OK but humour me. TOT is the telephone authority which mans a landline phone line rather than an internet connections. It could be AIS or 3BB or... Easiest was to find out is to cut it. If you feel really strongly about it. If you can't reach is to cut it then ignore it and have another beer.???? life is too short etc.
  8. Probably not their cable. ????
  9. Do what most others have done. Put him on your ignore list.

  13. Honda Zoomer is the most motorcycle looking one but not really for around the farm off road.
  14. In a bit of a jam there????
  15. Better that he rent a bike to do the actual test. From one of the examiners, of course ???? You can still buy one without registering it so he can practise without going on the highway. You cannot be the only one stuck in this Catch-22 situation.
  16. ^^ So he hasn't passed the test yet and got a licence???? I know a 10 year old who owns a pickup truck and a 9 year old who owns a house.
  17. I think he is limited to under 110cc. Maybe this is the problem????
  18. I was thinking the same thing. If running a medium speed diesel on a genset for 8months straight or more maybe a test would tell us something but for hobby vehicles, I am not so sure. Or maybe on a million mile commercial truck so someone in an office can decide if it needs to be taken off the road for a new engine. Most vintage cars have an oil pressure gauge for use as a general condition monitor. Compression tester can also give indications. Car and bike engines are small so if the engine is on the bench for an overhaul it is just as easy to change bearing and rings etc, while it is there. But as you say it is for a hobby so no harm to be done. Just treat is as part of the hobby.
