Refrigerant re-fill for AC - when?
VocalNeal replied to aldriglikvid's topic in The Electrical Forum
In the tenant vs landlord arguments we sometime hear about. The question that must be asked is " Who needs the action done the most?" In the case above , who need the AC working properly? The tenant or the landlord? -

What % of farangs in Thailand are worth talking to?
VocalNeal replied to bignok's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
What I've always wonder about him is that some say he is omnipresent. Is he in fact everywhere at once or is he like an old fashioned TV screen. In that he is only in in one place at one time but he moves so fast and spends so little time in one place that he appears to be everywhere at once. -

Well at least the wagon drivers are sat on the correct side of the wagon.???? -
The friend in question with Scalextric had his Future board laid inside for more than 12 years with no adverse effects.
-
A friend of mine has built many Scalextric tracks. Whilst Scalextric is more robust similar problems need to be overcome. Scalextric is not pinned down like rail track. If you have a basic support???? for the actual build surface he used Future board or as it may also be know the corrugated plastic sheet available at art shops and B2S. Can be had in thickness up to 8mm which is what he used. He covered the plastic with green felt to make it more grass-like

So now all the DIY "experts" know I wonder how that will help you. Plywood will be in 8 x4 sheets. You could use MDF but it will suffer more if it gets wet, Are you building the tables your self?

Scottish man becomes latest victim of Thailand’s perilous roads
VocalNeal replied to snoop1130's topic in Krabi News
I believe legal if they are registered as new. What you cannot do is add a sidecar to a bike registered without one. My neighbor has one with which he makes his living. He obviously lost control on a left-hand corner. Had he been on a right-hand corner he wouldn't have strayed into the oncoming lane. Now the sidecar guy has the expense of fixing his equipment as it is difficult to make a claim from a dead person. If you mean the RTP. They cannot be held responsible for distracted or incompetent riders. -
If enough people think like you they will be cheaper for the others.????

Buying used bike in Thailand....odometer
VocalNeal replied to Kenny202's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
Just because a bike has low Kms it doesn't mean it has been well maintained. Oil change is recommended at 4000kms. If it has more than that did they change the oil? I have one i bought for 12,000 and it has 72,000 on it. I don't care. If it quits I push it into the ditch and walk home. -
